Next weeks Podcast will not be "BLEEPED". We tried it and did not like the overall effect it has on the show. We do realize there are those who need a clean show, so we will do our best to keep it clean.

Question for you guys: Outside of your personal favorite 'Mech what 'Mech are you most looking forward/fearful of seeing on the battlefield when piloted by a skilled MechWarrior? (Keeping it within the original launch ingame date +7 months)
Edit: Added a question so I wasn't just blowing smoke up their collective Archers.

Haha no problem and thanks! I'll have to agree with you, I find myself just lurking the forums now rather then posting due to a few reasons. One is the mass amount of same topics showing up every day which are more or less troll posts and troll posts themselves. Ah well that will be cleaned up soon enough and I have noticed a lot of threads being streamlined thanks to the Com Guard.
Anyways your question has been added though depending on how big the Q&A is, we may have to do a double cast or something, from the look of all the questions I think we may get either a large quantity of talking points to a overbearing amount of talking points today about how things will work in regards to the planetary metagame, etc. That being said, your question is for sure added to the list!

- Merc Units being unable to play on Faction Worlds, while Lone Wolves are allowed to fill in any missing spots.
- They say custom faction units will come eventually, post launch. How about letting merc units with really high Loyalty Points transfer over into the faction if they want? This happened all the time in canon. Gives Merc units a way to stick together and keep something of their former selves if they decided to switch over after the custom faction system comes online.
- Only 4 world types currently, I imagine this will be an area for heavy post-launch development? I wonder how much variation there will be in matches run on the Jungle worlds. Does 4 world types mean there is only 4 maps? Multiple maps per world type? I doubt there will be randomly generated maps for the types, but that would rock.
- How do you feel about the faction rank clarifications? Higher ranks won't have "command" over other players "in matches", doesn't say anything about in the meta-game. Can't ever lose your rank, so eventually everyone can become a General (or whatever they cap at).
- YAY melee! At least post-launch, according to the Massively article. Hatchetman and Axman make appearances?

Do you feel that the faction warfare will be affected by the lone wolfs and the 'random match' feel of it?
What do you think of how there are separate xp gains for Pilot Avatars and Chassis Types?
