Indeed. And as the team's "eyes", seismic doesn't relay targeting info back to the team anyway. You might see their seismic pattern on your radar, but the rest of the team doesn't know they're there unless you tell them through text or voice chat.
EDIT: also something I keep seeing from players is that they don't target enemies... I can't imagine anyone bothering to read the forums doesn't already know this*, but If the enemy has a hollow triangle, there's no guarantee that anyone else but you knows that target is there! Target your enemies, turn those hollow triangles to solid triangles and let the rest of your team know where the enemies are!
*Although yes, the ratio of players that read the forums to players that don't read the forums is incredibly small anyway.
