The only thing MWO offers, premium time (witch still requers my f*ing time) and SUPER expensve premium mechs.
So yeah i would say this game is pretty heavy on the grind even if you throw money at ii
So you are playing a game (meant to be a fun way to waste time (i.e. see Television)), and you are complaining that this game is taking your time? This is just one example in this thread, not calling you out personally.
Games are meant to kill time, to pass it with enjoyment. When I buy a new mech, I know I'm starting out with no basics, but really.... who cares? I get the joy of seeing how much better that same chassi reacts when I get each unlock done. I work, play WoW with my wife, watch some TV, etc... I still manage to unlock my mechs in a good order. I haven't bought anything except the Phoenix package in a while, but I'm making progress on that.
I have no sympathy for anyone that wants the mechs, and all the unlocks handed to them. You are not entitled, your time isn't worth more than the rest of us. When we play, you are just another mech. Your job, be it fast food or CEO, doesn't matter. How you handle your mech, and compose yourself matters. So you have to spend some of your playing time building up C-Bills, and grinding out the pilot tree.... BooHoo! If it's worth having, you'll manage princess.
