I'll make an exception if I run across you Imperius, but other gold 'mech pilots might find themselves on their own.

Really I wouldn't even be upset about the gold 'mechs if PGI would come in and honestly try to change their ways a little. I'm massively behind funding/encouraging development in the right direction.

Enjoy your overrated metal colored mech! I don't really care I am not shooting you. But you call the bans swift? We don't even know how swift they actually are unless it happens to us. Anyways I like silver better then gold because silver is the best conductor of electricity.

Edit: Also btw what happens if someone shoots behind you and you don't know who exactly did it? Report everyone behind you?

LOL swift bans.yea,right.good luck with that.PGI doesn't do anything "swiftly".
for example.I played with a guy way back in open beta,and I think a couple times after "launch".He was always able to tell me where the enemy was,what they were in,which direction they were going....before anyone even engaged.I thought...well...that's weird.But didn't think much of it beyond that.Then,after I'd played a few rounds with him over a few play sessions he told me why.He was hacking.This is the point I started video recording and screenshoting our conversations.He showed me what he could do with his hacks,how they worked,where he got it.He was even able to look inside my mechbay and tell me what mechs I had,what I had named them,and what loud outs they were.He was able to see the enemy mechs no matter where they were on the map at any time,through the walls/terrain.

Let me re-iterate.I saw all of this in action and got recorded video and screenshots of him admitting it and demonstrating the hacks to me.Which I then submitted to PGI once I thought I had enough proof as to be indisputable.

HE STILL PLAYS TO THIS DAY.

Let that sink in for a second,and then think about the company and behavior you are supporting with your stupid gold mech purchase.

500$ mechs look like a cash grab to me. I think that PGI just wants to get a lot of money by doing NOTHING. By purchasing those mechs you just prove that they are right. But if we will stop feeding them, one day they might start working and give us the stuff we were waiting for.

I'm pretty sure you won't get duplicate mechs. Actually that's one that the devs should answer. As hard as it is to imagine, I'm pretty sure there are people out there who would spend a thousand dollars on MW:O.

If memory serves me, with the Phoenix project you couldn't buy duplicates, you only get the package you pay/upgrade to and then it binds to your account, I don't think the "buy" button was active once you get the package.

EVERYONE has been waiting for the clans to show up, people couldn't STOP talking about them. The real cash grab isn't the 500 dollar mechs, that's just for those that really want to support this game because it's fun. The real cash grab is the timberwolf at 210$ that's the cash grab and it is brilliant.

PGI is doing everything they can to get new features rolling, and you call releasing the clan mechs 24 mechs with full geometry, movement, models, and sub-variations NOTHING?

I'm not talking just about the time it takes to create them, I know you're trying to say that this isn't what the community wanted, but you're both figuratively and metaphorically wrong.

It took a lot of effort to bring these here, and the community does want them. Instead of spilling negativities that are bouth aimless and unfounded, how about appreciating the fact that we got CLAN TECH, and have some fun.

This game is F2P and PGI is just 40 people.they are doing what they can, we're getting UI2.0 soon, we're eventually gonna get CW as well. You don't want to buy them, fine. Don't buy the pack, but don't complain and and try to rabble rouse over the fact that things currently stated as being in development aren't here already, especially without knowing how difficult and how long these things take.

You are totally right.Many players have been waiting for the clans. For a really long time now.Just because PGI failed to keep their deadlines and CW is still not in the game does not make the clans NOTHING.
It´s not what most people want, but it is definitely something...

Ok if you think it's fine that they realese another bunch of mechs instead of giving us CW and UI 2.0 . I hope you are right and they will hold their promises, but now I am going to stop playing this game, because I don't believe anything what PGI says is true, and I don't belive that this game has a future. But that's just my opinion, ignor it if you don't like it.

Thanks, I'll look into it, no need to run up charges on the firm's PACER.I wonder if this dispute is a simple misunderstanding of their position at the time. Guess I can see why they are selling $500 mechs.
