Actually they do. I'd go as far to say that they have a much more intensive QA process than PGI.

The bug didn't become apparent in testing until the original patch hit production with all those live data factors; the fix had to be brought into production from testing servers. The first part was to reproduce the bug accurately and then test the fix. Now we test the fix on production and when, and only when, we are satisfied do we place the servers ONLINE.

Any word on the Friends list lag time? Or is this part of it?

anyways change of topic:
Not sure if this is the correct place to put this bug issue, but I noticed when I used the "strip" button on my mech I didn't have the items that were stripped in my inventory ex. I stripped all equipment from my mech and the engine didn't show up in my inventory and showed that I had 0 of that item.

Thanks PGI........ crazy the amount of QQ over the Griff...... which was never announced to be delivered this month in the first place. People gotta realize that most of what is in the Ultimate Mech Thread is pure speculation from a handful of fanboys like me with too much time on our hands.

and happens all the time in IT, even at the big boy houses. But they COULD have waited til their scheduled hotfix tomorrow, and didn't.
