We slowly make our way to the enemy base and take it, winning 11-9, one of the most harrowing games I've played in MWO. This guy is still typing away that I'm a loser, etc. He can take his grief and eat it, that was the best game I've seen since MW4 a decade ago. If that @#$@#$@#$ hadn't been there we probably would have routed 12-2 or something, so ty griefer!

A lot of players seem to think adding b***hness is gonna help their game. Had a game in river city night where it took five minutes before my team realized there weren't any turrets to hide behind and actually pushed. Luckily the reds hadn't noticed yet.

I don't I have a feeling it will be like WoT's Attack Defend, which was terrible.

I think it will be like assault is now where the team that's aggressive side usually loses to the base campers, backed up by turrets, only in this case its decided who is going to be the base campers.

My whine is people believing this. It is a part of the problem of why P.U.G.s never push and end up sitting still and letting the enemy win.

PS. I don't mean this as a personal insult,I'm just against the strategy of base camping.

so am I and sometimes the aggressive team does win, on river city you need to go upper not across the water, but it generally the reason why I was against turrets in the first place, and completely against them on small maps

Just played 7 games, 7 straight losses. 6 out of 7 team blobbed up, refused to engage or move...got surrounded then murdered. The heavy and assault mechs just would not move and engage. All of the were "sniping" or spamming lrms.

Last game, enemy team has 10 Assault mechs. Our heaviest mech was a Catapault A1 with JUST 4 lrm 10's on it. No close combat weapons at all........
I managed to wipe out 140 tons of the enemy for my Centurion (managed to maul a DDC up proper-proud of that:P) my team just rolled by the sheer mass of the enemy team.

Today I mostly stood there, wondering what to do-I felt so frustrated and had so little fun. So many cowardly, timid players on during the day.

@ Kamiko, we had a bit of that last night too, really blob groups...

One of my last matches last night was really amusing. We were in a 4 man, on a conquest match, got caught pinned in at Kappa, our lance split about to deal with either end. Had some guy abusing us 'Dracs' for bad team play, we still end up winning the match by a couple of mechs.

When we get to end screen said whiney sod had 20 points of damage, and our lance had held up what we needed to do to win.

A player who I have met twice this past week. Both times screaming at the team for being useless. Both times he/she was in their Jaeger DD. Both time he/she did sub 100 damage.
First time, 52 damage.
Second time 26 damage.

Both games he/she was calling me a noob and useless etc. I even screenshotted their "performance" for posterity:P

There are websites with free lessons on that out there - taking some of them myself.
