The standard of play has dropped a lot lately, the bad play I'm seeing is near constant now. What has happened recently to cause it? I saw a guy yesterday who had x2 lrm10 and 1 TAG in his HBK 4J.........what was his thought process for that build really?
Mine has 6 medium lasers and 2 lrm 10s plus a standard engine.........

I was just in a match on Canyon where 2 of my teammates walked over and hugged the edge of out of bounds through the whole match and waited until the enemy team killed the rest of us and then hunted them down. . . they weren't even assaults trying to pull the *I can get lots of kills in my fresh assault against the injured mechs coming to get me." Just a couple mediums scared of losing armor I guess. I have decided that my problem is that I run light escort mechs and score all of my kills and damage during the brawl. . .which never seems to come anymore. Recently, I run with a couple direwhales or atlases and find myself hiding behind a rock with them. I usually end up getting way to aggressive myself in a locust/commando/spider and getting swatted. I have also recently discovered that Cicada's do not lead solo charges well either I am starting to understand everyone's obsession with timberwolves.

Is it really as bad out there as you say? Makes me wish i could get a computer and either carry the team or die horribly trying to save them. (twin AMS firestarter is good for that)

I definitely see both sides of the idea.

Some days, I feel like "Gah! Seriously people?! It's as though my entire team got replaced by the Washington Generals, and I'm the only Globetrotter!", and then the very next drop I'm thinking "Damn, why am I playing like I'm Kanye at the VMAs?!"...

Some players last night that seemed to forget you actually have to shoot the enemy. A certain last mech standing raven 3l on a match last night was making a mockery of a direwolf on our team that seemingly couldn't remember where he put his trigger. Not proud to admit that i said Direfail in team chat, i must apologize.

Apart from the fact that Conquest is poorly designed and wiping the other team out is the best and most efficient way to win. The caps matter little until late game. From my experience in conquest it's the team that sticks together that usually wins over the one that scatters to every cap point.

For conquest to function correctly PGI would have to add respawns. That way the points become the most important part.

Helpful hint: when I'm spamming PPCs while trying to take down a direwolf point blank, don't walk in front of my RT and stop. We'll both die. Thank you.

Edit: luckily I caught what was happening and stopped firing. No TK, just a WHOLE bunch of damage.

Since a couple of days I regularly get disconnects, frozen screens and lags. Didn´t have these problems for quite some time. Anybody else experiencing the same? Or is it just me?

Usually I am dead by the time I have reconnected or when the lags stopped. It is really ruining the fun of the game.

I have had rabbits as pets for the past 12 years and have lost two due to sudden illness, and two are permanently disabled because of infection. Some animals hide illness well, and you don't realize that something is wrong until it is too late. Rabbits are notorious for this. Maybe fish are, too.

Birds try to hide an illness too. And probably many other animals. The reason is, that many predators aim for sick or injured animals since they are easier to catch.

Not dc's but plenty of lag, crashes (mechwarrior has stopped unexpectedly blah blah blah) and blank screens. Also getting a lot of matches where i miss the ready screen and it drops me straight in as my team is running off.

There's a conspiracy going round don't you know on people that are vocal about the problems resulting in broken games in the hope that you'll quit.

Yep, and it make owning them a real challenge. My poor rabbits are 11-12 years old and every trip to the vet is a dire emergency. You wouldn't believe how much an emergency visit, after hours, to a exotic animal specialist costs.

I believe it. I have birds, budgies. One of them has been in a veterinary clinic two times. About a week each time. For the money this has cost, I could have bought a dozen new birds. But if you love your pets this doesn´t matter.
