well the idea is to create a system of counters. so youd still have some stealth mechs that can soft counter lrm mechs. you just wouldnt have entire teams with stealth that hard counter lrms.
I agree, but I think the stealth, which should only be personal, should require an additional piece of equipment or *maybe* a module upgrade for ECM. By making stealth personal and it's own equipment you also can give it to more mechs, thus helping to solve the ECM light variants being so much more popular. Creating a blanket of soft shielding for lrms, via fairly significantly delayed lock-on and target information, is enough for a 1.5 tons 2(?) slot piece of equipment. Just had an idea here; what about letting ECM cover show targets but not detailed target information. That way Your team can see a target hidden with ECM but not show what mech/loadout the target is.

You need help.
Try a game that is less stress and no guided indirect fire weapons.
MWO is obviously not the place for you because this playing well with others concept... doesn't seem to be your thing.
All I said was I would team kill people that piss me off, what's so disturbing about that? They do something in-game to to lessen my enjoyment, I give it right back. But of course I don't because 10 other people on our team besides us are relying on us to do our best.
I play great with other people; in co-op survival games I often have the most revives/rescues. I don't like playing AGAINST people that abuse every advantage they can just to win (min/maxers) instead of treating it like a game and just playing what you have fun with. Really all they need to do is find a way to separate people who play for fun vs. play competitively, but that is difficult as it doesn't necessarily correlate to skill.
