House Liao is the place to be, past the 4th Succession War. You don't have to be the poor souls who blunt the Clan invasion; Liao scores some really fun mechs, including one of the best quad mechs; The First (and only) First Lord of the Second Star League; The only real diplomatic gesture of (admittedly self-interested) goodwill to Periphery states in the history of the Inner Sphere.

A better question to ask yourself is "Why aren't I a citizen of the Capellan Confederation yet?"

Lord knows I wasn't the most active teen and I did tons of stupid ****, but I still had a hell of a lot better things to do then post over 4,000 comments and stalk through the threads of a fourm which collectively disdained me. Instead of reading and quoting our thread, go out and see a movie with friends, or christ play a game of battletech at your FLGS. Just lay off the forum stuff, you're bumming me out.

Why is the member of the Chinese inspired faction using a katana? Some where there's a mad Kuritan missing one of his swords. And a battletech artist who thinks all Asian culture is the same thing. Still pretty cool though.
