Really though... I'm enjoying the game, it was well documented what rewards I could expect and I knew what the "Beta" tag meant going in.

Founders packages included lots of MC, all of which could be used to buy hero mechs if desired. If the 25% C-bill bonus wasn't to your liking, well... your Founders package included enough MC to buy multiple heros with the 30% bonus! So I really don't understand why Founders would be upset at the 5% difference; PGI basically gave them free heros on top.

Frankly the Founders 'Mech(s) themselves were less valuable that the MC + premium time. If Founders packages were still available I'm sure they'd be top sellers for new players. The MC included is a great value and you can basically stock your garage a la carte (without the obscene clan 'mech prices).

My own Founders package included roughly 30,565 MC worth of stuff at current prices*. I paid $60 for it; to purchase the same stuff right now would cost $140.

* MC value of CPLT-C1(F) was approximated as 3065 MC based on an 80% weighted average of a hypothetical 65-ton hero mech (3250 MC) and a stock CPLT-C1 (2320 MC)

my only complaint is when the did the final wipe coming out of CB, they should have refunded MC since the wiped out everything stat and xp wise, i had mastered mech's i had sold off that were bought with MC then they wiped out the mastery so everyone could start at the same time... grumble grumble

The only thing that triggers up my OCD is the 25% c-bill bonus founds mechs get compared to hero mechs 30%. I don't even play my founders mechs anymore, but just knowing there is a 5% discrepancy makes my eye twitch every time i mouse over them in the mech lab.

The original founders bought into the game thinking this was a competent dev team with a goal of releasing CW 2 years ago.

The pheonix and clan packages were made available after PGI missed dozens of deadlines.

The latter have no reason to whine. They knew the failure they were buying into. But the founders did not know the failure that was to come. If they knew CW wouldnt materialize more than 2 years after the original estimated date, i doubt they would have sold half as many.

I did *not* expect Frankenquipment ECM. And them for them to defend it against logical arguments with "It's divisive and we like that."

not asking for much though, i know you guys gotta make da monies. A few bones here and there would be nice.

Like I said earlier nothing needs to be added but if they did they should do it by amount spent not when you spent. Who supported the game more somebody that spent $30 on the last day of Founders or somebody that spent $300 over the last year? So if they did decide to give a loyalty freebie bonus at some point it should be something like 10MC for every $ spent. Or something like that.
