The Founders program is over. Every Founder has been compensated for his or her original donation. To expect more is self-righteous chest-pounding. We are not special because we opened our wallets first.
Good ideas concerning the game, however, should be considered regardless of Founder status.
Considering that, in the long run, what we got was much less than what other packs have gotten. I'd say we deserve a tiny bit extra...
Especially considering all the jerking around we experienced. the removal of founder exclusive colors in the mechlab [thus almost rendering the "Unique Skin's" part of founders pointless.] And how long it took them before the whole "name in the credits" bit ever actually happened...
Yeah, I think a little something extra is in order.

Phoenix mechs are mostly garbage. Again, not the best mechs in their weight class. Loyalty points arent even coded into the game just yet. I havent even chosen my medallions, there is no reason to at the moment. The Phoenix Package and Saber Reinforcements were so bad, I didnt even want to buy the Clan package. How much crap do you think people will spring for before they just stop buying?
I dont expect PGI to do anything for Founders. Dont expect someone who treats you bad to start treating you well one day.

Asking for more is just being greedy. It'll just alienate the non-Founder players and cause unnecessary misdirected envy.
I, and many others, were included in closed beta without having to buy founders... in fact I bought my founders pack on the last day of closed beta... so... yeah.

I wanted this Mechwarrior game to be the Mechwarrior 5 we saw in 2009 - a SINGLE PLAYER game. A game where I not only blow up robots and manage parts and upgrades, but feel a part of an expansive universe, grow to appreciate the NPCs in the game and their personalities, and become engrossed in interesting mission concepts that haven't been seen before in the Battletech series of games. Community Warfare would be the best I could get.
We were promised CW at launch, to no avail.
We were re-promised it to arrive before the Clan Mechs did. CW is still on paper and has shown no signs of progress over the past year, just more endless match-maker updates and weapons tweaks.

Yeah I remember knock downs. I also remember the horror that was R&R, when firing LRMs was like throwing gold bricks at your enemies.

In any event, I agree with the OP, and so should all of you!

As a founder, I would sure appreciate some more recognition. I'd appreciate the original paint job back on my 'Mechs. But I'd sure appreciate a game with a more whole experience than MWO has right now first.

1st setup a mech XP to mc exchange rate personally I think about 10,000 mech XP to one MC.
2nd the founder mech were to have a bonus that was never going to be given again (oops hero mechs get and better too) So I say give the founders mech One MC on a win.

If you are a Founder and actually still play this game after all that has been said and done, then you are the most loyal fans PGI are ever likely to have.
Everything else that was listed, we got.

Really? I paid for the advertised design pillers... when did we get those?
EDIT: before you armchair lawyer me about what the product was read the "reasonably expected service" sections of Canadas consumer rights statutes vis a vis advertising of services as opposed to provision of services. TLDR? You're getting what you paid for and my getting what I paid for are not the same thing...
