I do have to agree with Pariah. I do not care for the look of the franken-Vulture. I cannot do better, and will admit as such.

For a mashup of exsiting parts though, it is well done. I will name this hte Vulture and hope oneday we get a Mad Dog in game.

Keep the Mashups coming though Iqfish, A Mad Dog, like the Timber Wolf is quite iconic, and we all have an idea how it should look. Be it MW2:GBL Cover, or MW4 (I will not get in to my thoughts on the MW4 'Vulture'

I am trying to be nice on this, okay Iqfish! I love what you do, and enjoy you as a person/fellow MechWarrior... I am just VERY picky when it comes to the Mad Dog. ie: If we get a MW4 Vulture vs a MW2/TRO3050 Mad Dog... I will be quite, right pissed off. MW4's Vulture was one of the key reasons I could not stand the game for the longest time. haha:D

exactly. Look at the MWO MadCat feedback thread, the reactions to the design of PGI are just supporting your statement.

Not an official art by PGI, sorry.

But don't worry, the Hellbringer/Loki, Mad Dog/Vulture will come soon enough. PGI will certainly release another Clan pack in a few months, with the 8 remaining "starter" omnimechs.

EDIT: more info about the next mechs here. Unfortunately, Supernova, Kodiak and Grizzly (as all other non-omni Clan mechs) probably won't make it to MWO (because of the 3 variants requirement).

No seriously. I loved the MW4 Mad Dog and I even like it more bulky and fat, that's why it is so "massive".
But we could argue for years about taste^^

I do not think it is the "fat" that makes it not look like a Mad Dog (to me), but the lack of length. The Mad Dog has that characteristically huge bent nose. Without it, it does not look like one (again, to me).

Personally, I love the original Mad Dog's arms and the torsos of the MW4 style Mad Dog (but not the turret as it screws with the stock loadout positions and range of laser fire arc).

The Avatar, however:



Slap a gun barrel on the torsos, and you get close!

Ya know, it does not even look like a bear to me. More like some sort of ape! Maybe these are just random alien creatures and not totem animals, and the Surat just happened to be listed?
