Summary: Failure to pass log-in
Description: Upon hitting the last character of my password, I get debug code in my game window
Location: Upon login
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Steps to Reproduce: Every login

Are there special characters that I should not have in my password that trigger debug code?

I get messages starting with "Network initialization" through

... many many and 6 related to

"TrackIRManager" and

and

"Patch Complete Received"
"logon" and the program locks up.


Edit: yes, must be related to special characters. My daughter's account with a different password logs on correctly.

Edit edit: You can not have the character "`" in your password. Waiting for password edit to make it through to the game server.

Summary: Polygon camo on Timerwolf-S is all white
Description When i switched to the polygon camo it turned white and no visual colors shown even when i changed the colors the its all white see pic Posted Image

I run 2 monitors, I always play MWO on the larger of the two but the test doesn't want to co-operate. I got a blackscreen (could still hear the mechlab music) so I unhooked my main monitor and tried again on the smaller monitor it worked but then like an idiot I tried to adjust the video settings to try and get it to also work on the larger monitor. The game is now stuck in a window that hangs off the page and I can't access the setting to fix it.

Summary: XP Quirk not working
Description: dont get the +2.5% XP you should get for not changing original Omnipods on your mech after a match
Location: End of Match Screen
Reproduction Rate: Consistent
Steps to Reproduce: Take a mech and play a match without changing the original omnipods

On a side note, 2.5% doesnt compensate for the increased xp i can get from modding the mech to my needs.


EDIT: Seems its only the Prime variants where it doesnt work.

Summary: "pure function call error" and game crash
Description: window with above message pops up and MW:O crashes (need to restart it)
Location: it happens when i quit a match
Reproduction Rate: happened 2 times out of 2 matches

Nikolai, does the Test Server sync passwords in real time? My edited, no forced fail character password works in the production game but the Test Server will not let me in.

Description: it does little to no damage compared to a Clan Large laser, forget scoring kills with it

Summary: Pure Function Call Crash
Description: When playing the Nova-B varient, if killed, then quit match, the game crashes with the Pure Function Call Error.
Location: In game
Reproduction Rate: 100% after 4 attempts. possibly 5 because I dodn't notice that the varient was a constant until later.
Steps to Reproduce: Play match using NVA-B varient. Get killed (sorry team). Hit esc. Click quit match.

Edit: now it seems to be happening with all varients...

Summary: PTS has caused previously valid IS mech builds to become invalid due to a change in crit slot usage.

Description: My BLG-1G(P) has a valid build on the live servers, but loading it up on the PTS produces a "Crit Slot Error"

Reproduction rate: Every time I'm on the PTS.

Reproduction Steps / Details:

The PTS has broken my BLR-1G(P). The build I normally use is this:

But on the PTS, there is 1 fewer crit slot available the mech lab says "There is a critical slot error." When I go to edit the mech, it strips all equipment off of it. I tried to put everything back exactly the same, but this is as far as I can get due to the missing crit slot. (note 1 AC2 is missing).

Edit: As pointed out by ArmyUnit below, the PTS has a Hand Actuator on the right arm, but it doesn't on Live.

Summary: FPS-Drops
Description: my FPS-rate (usually around 20-25) drops frequently to around 10 (more or less)
Location: in game
Reproduction Rate: permanent
Steps to Reproduce: Happens all the time. Usually it i can negotiate it by deleting the shader-folder, but it doesnt work (maybe its connected to the public-test-client?)

I think problem is that the Endo-Steel is taking up too many crit slots


Looks like the the BattleMaster on the production server has no right hand actuator, while on PTS is does have an arm actuator.

Also, the Smurfy link you included shows only 13 EndoSteel slots. :lol:

Confirmed , anytime my warhawk is standing still and turns left or right the cockpit POV jerks down into the crotch essentially.
