There's not enough pod space for large ballistics, you can fit an UAC20/LBX20 with two backup lasers but that's it.

I run the Prime like this, it's deadly at 180meters and really more heat efficient.
I'm sure you're going to find the good loadout for you =)

NVA-PRIME
2x ER LL
6x ER SL
18 DHS
Should give me a good mix of heat management, fire power and range.
this is pretty much what I was going to run also and I haven't tried it yet either.
i may do a mix of the other omni pods to try and get the LL in the torso and not the arms. The arms are so frigging huge and cover the entire side of the mech that they are so easily destroyed and then you are useless in the prime.

Nova S, 6x ERML 4x MG, AMS. Had a fantastic match jumping on top of the large central building in River City and picking apart the enemy mechs camping in their turrets. Easy to jump to high areas, 6x ERML doing 42 damage alpha at 450 meters and 4x MG for mopping up crits.

I may drop 1 or 2 erMLs for more C-DHS.
I have been running the B stock and this mod: http://mwo.smurfy-ne...072bd1719f0f965
I know the B can do a lot of damage. It is just hard to stay alive long enough to do it. I always seem to end up the priority target for a group of opfor mechs.

The Nova S I run with the stock loadout, except without ams and more machine gun ammo.
Edit
Well I have to say I'm surprised. I didn't have any idea on Nova B how to build it, but I just tried this. And it actually works! The hitreg fix seems to have buffed the LBX weapons as well, and I just manage to decimate any unarmored component that comes my way. 2 games over 500 damage each with at least 1 kill

tried thre 6ML and 6 SL and it was great,
tried the 2 LL and 6 SL and it was also good though that 1.1sec duration is killer on the LL
trying 6 SL + 6 SPL now.

it us a fun alpha strike also.... 0 to 99 heat!
kinda liking the mech over all, you can dish out a lot of damage long as you have a friend and don't get stuck alone or lose an arm.
22 DHS... geeze

1 ton left over to either add more ammo, another DHS, another ML, or maybe when targeting stuff is in place a MK1
might also try this but fear ammo would be a problem.

I call this magenta madness. 13 SL, 23 DHS. 4 weapon groups, chain fire, and go to town........even on terra therma, I only over heated once and if you get to high in the heat back off on one group and just use 3.... it was glorious
