It is not that we are being quiet, it is that we, like our namesake, are waiting and watching patiently for our prey to show itself. As per sarna.net/wiki :

Known Ghost Bear bloodnames are: Gurdel, Snuka, Bekker, Hall, Jorgensson, Tseng, Del Villar, Kabrinsky, Vong, Bourjon, Gilmour, and Devon.

If your surname does not match any of these, you are a freebirth warrior.

iirc there are a number of bloodnames that are not specific to any one clan.. So I wouldn't be so quick to label people as freebirth.
