There's also a discrepancy with the C-SRMs. All IS-SRMs are .11 impulse. Clan impulse is as follows for SRMs:
2-.19
4-.11
6-.19
All streaks are normalized at .040.

Well, don't get caught out of position and kill/chase off any spotters you see. I probably die to LRMs 1 time for every 9 direct fire deaths, so I don't see it as an issue. I don't even carry AMS on my mechs (unless they have 2 or more AMS hardpoints).

uh look at the minimap, i had multiple friendlies within 100m of me.

good luck killing a full hp heavy mech before someone starts firing LRMs on you unless you are boating UACs. Or as is common, a ECM spotter at long range where your weapons cant touch.
I dont even know why you are talking about this. What you posted has nothing to do with broken impulse values or the fact that an earthquake simulator isnt fun. You seem to think this is a thread about how much damage LRMs do. It isnt.

Chain fired LRM 5s are not even supposed to reach your lines.
Yes, the impulse value should be toned down to 1/3 of current value, at least, but I personally was never bothered by it.

1. Use AMS
2. Use AMS modules
3. Get Improved Gyro
4. Try to eq ECM
5. Get in range of Guardian ECM
6. Get Radar Deprivation
7. Next time if you comparing things use same envirnoment e. why only on first gif You're using Thermal Vision, also on first you are zoomed? So those gifs are biased.
There are many counters to LRM ffs, learn game than came to forum for QQ. If you want further nerf LRM's into oblivion - try harder.
