After my last match where there was a lance that decided it was a free for all i question the 50 wins a little bit this seems to have pull in all the crazy players lol

...it's already PUG only. And Sync Dropping doesn't work all the time.

Thanx for the challange and the tiered cumulative prizes!

My only QQ and boo is that the event only runs in solo drops, would be a lot more fun to wander the path to victory with my pals.

I am as well, that PGI is giving back to the community simply for playing, be it 15 kills or 10 wins or whatever the case may be, free rewards are nice for a tiny bit of effort. The fact that some are even complaining about this just goes to show how entitled and narcissistic so many people are now adays.

yeah but we would have heard about it from all the solo players. I WANT TO PLAY SOLO I DONT WANT TO BE FORCED TO JOIN A GROUP etc etc.

So much confidence in your mech skils? :ph34r: You don't think maybe a group-allowed challenge would have premades taking it in turns to stand still and die? I love that the challenge encourages puggies to group up and support each other. Met too many players who think they're playing some kiddie shootie game where running off solo is the way to win :D

How can we win 50 mathes if matchmaker wants to make ur win\lose = 1? I still have only 8 win matches.

My W/L ratio is 1,064 / 582.

While playing solo during challenge is 1/4. Thank you matchmaker, 1 victory in 40 min.With such results I should play about 33 hours to win 50 matches.

I like kills based challenges more. At least I can influense the number of my kills in PUG, but not victory or defeat.

50 games in solo queue? Better make it 100 games - face it, the better you are the more mouthbreathers you gotta carry. This is balancing at it's finest and a neat guarant to annoy players, once your elo gets to high you better stop playing around with funbuilds because the MM relies on you to carry every game...

Have played a few hours today, only have 1 win to show for it.

Every single match a stomp. Absolutely nothing I can personally do when the match maker gives me some 20-30 games that end at 12-1 or so.

Even if I get 2-3 kills, doesn't matter if the match maker has given a crap team.

My challenge windows shows 1 win. At this rate, it would take me a month or two to get this challenge done.

My win loss ratio is usally closer to 2:1. So basically the denominator is this challenge. So many people trying to play stupid and rushing in, or just doing rush and die, then DC'ing to try and get wins via the law of averages.

Seen so many Jenners and the like run in, then die and DC. It's making the entire experience extrelemy harsh on those who are trying to play and get their games done normally.

These challenge weekends are ruining the experience for a lot of people who don't have time to grind it out like a lot of others.

Did a couple matches, one went well and the rest were amazingly one sided. Like closed beta "fight an eight man premade" one sided.

Granted some people are still teaming up, but there are plenty running solo for the wins. However, winning in this system doesn't foster teamwork with the randos you get dropped with - it fosters taking the most elite min/max powermech you have and going for personal performance. Your team wins if you can kill 2-4 people alone, and another couple guys on your team did the same.

In other words, it isn't very fun getting ground out by everyone who has a clan mech but wasn't necessarily using them EVERY SINGLE MATCH.

I swear, I keep coming back to MWO and then two hours later I wonder why I didn't just use the premium time I have wasting away in Ghost Recon Online. At least there, premium is a 100% bonus for all rewards.

Made more than 20 drops until now and got 5 wins. You can keep your premium time and C-Bills. Fix your matchmaker.

Lost more than 10 matches in a row now. Changed mech three times. Changed mode. This is insane. I have no idea why I'm spending my weekend with this. It's only disappointing. It's not about good luck or bad luck. You have a higher chance to win in a lottery. This is so bad.

problem is in the Solo que, players have a real problem of noticing anyone else on their team. It is sort of a me attitude

It kind of demonstrates why Elo is such a crappy way to balance team matches in this game.

You have fantastic individual matches, you get the highest damage and the most kills, you spend your time frantically typing strategic and tactical advice to the team ... and yet, your team still loses, and you are no closer to the challenge target.

That is far more frustrating then when you personally screw up and personally get a bad score.
