...it's already PUG only. And Sync Dropping doesn't work all the time.

My only QQ and boo is that the event only runs in solo drops, would be a lot more fun to wander the path to victory with my pals.

yeah but we would have heard about it from all the solo players. I WANT TO PLAY SOLO I DONT WANT TO BE FORCED TO JOIN A GROUP etc etc.

While playing solo during challenge is 1/4. Thank you matchmaker, 1 victory in 40 min.With such results I should play about 33 hours to win 50 matches.
I like kills based challenges more. At least I can influense the number of my kills in PUG, but not victory or defeat.

Every single match a stomp. Absolutely nothing I can personally do when the match maker gives me some 20-30 games that end at 12-1 or so.
Even if I get 2-3 kills, doesn't matter if the match maker has given a crap team.
My challenge windows shows 1 win. At this rate, it would take me a month or two to get this challenge done.
My win loss ratio is usally closer to 2:1. So basically the denominator is this challenge. So many people trying to play stupid and rushing in, or just doing rush and die, then DC'ing to try and get wins via the law of averages.
Seen so many Jenners and the like run in, then die and DC. It's making the entire experience extrelemy harsh on those who are trying to play and get their games done normally.
These challenge weekends are ruining the experience for a lot of people who don't have time to grind it out like a lot of others.

Granted some people are still teaming up, but there are plenty running solo for the wins. However, winning in this system doesn't foster teamwork with the randos you get dropped with - it fosters taking the most elite min/max powermech you have and going for personal performance. Your team wins if you can kill 2-4 people alone, and another couple guys on your team did the same.
In other words, it isn't very fun getting ground out by everyone who has a clan mech but wasn't necessarily using them EVERY SINGLE MATCH.
I swear, I keep coming back to MWO and then two hours later I wonder why I didn't just use the premium time I have wasting away in Ghost Recon Online. At least there, premium is a 100% bonus for all rewards.
