If a location is damaged to the point of wrecked, will heat sinks located there be destroyed as well as weapons?

Who is doing the music for the game?

Will there be a in game news channel like a CNN feed?

about a month ago me and 4 of my friends singed up for the beta and receently checked the status and we all are pending whats the hold up

Will you allow user generated content, assuming it passes PGI standards, to make it into the game? Such as custom dash board items, new mech textures, or perhaps even new maps or variations of mech models.

Will multiple controller inputs be supported? aswell as forcefeedback

Multiple monitors, will we be able to have for example the map on a separate screen?

Will there be an ios app? connected to the game that we could have the map on and maybe some of the controls, maybe we could even have the mechlab on there

I read that matchmaking by role will not be in at launch. When it does come, will all roles gain the same xp for all the same actions, or will actions that fall within your role give u more xp (essentially incentivising people to play their role)?

Have u guys thought about adding achievements? And what type of rewards if any would they give?

What type of benefits will there be for the Houses that have taken the most planets?

Any chance of gettting screenshots that show the out of mech UI? Other than the mechlab dont think i have seen screenshots of what we will be looking at while waiting to get a match, or trying to find people for one.

Are you working with Razer to make the 'Artemis' an actual dedicated controller for MWO (And an awesome looking one ;)) or is it just purely just a concept idea with little or no hope of becoming a dedicated controller.

Q1: From the board game and novels, modifying non-clan battlemechs is something that is extremely difficult and very expensive to do because of the lost technology and lack of manufacturing facilities. What are you doing to simulate this feel in the game and make modifying mechs something to work toward instead of just buying or pushing a button? And if so will there be a time requirement for modifications?

Q2: Are there going to be Mechwarrior stats and perks for us as pilots which will improve mech performance?

Q3: How are you going to handle mechwarrior injuries, and deaths or is that something we aren't going to have to worry about?

Bryan Ekman previously mentioned a decision to "move Command functions into a different aspect of the game. This will allow any role to be a leader, and make room for a support role." Can we get some clarification on how that would work differently than having a Command role/tree?

Will there be a ghost view or ability to watch the game through other players cockpits if you die in a match, or will you be stuck watching a blank screen until the game is over? Personally, I think the ability to ghost through the level is a bad idea, since dead players will be defacto scouts for the remainer of their team, but it don't think it would cause any harm if I could hop into my buddy's view after I'm out. Then, at least, the remainer of the game would not be boring.

After all, mechwarrior is definitely going to be a huge specator sport.

Hey, there is an idea. Have a drive along mode that allows a new player to sit in the cockpit of another mech and learn to play the game in the back seat. No control features, just the ability to watch. That way, you could enjoy the game while eating dinner!

Will there be a spectator mode or some way to watch a match, either as it is happening or after the fact? As a former shoutcaster for MW4, I'd love to see something like this implemented, though I can understand trying to keep people from ghost scouting being an issue.

Yes, please update us in regards to Roles, Skill Trees, Battlemech Efficiencies. The "leveling up" aspect is one area that makes MWO unique over the other previous titles. Being able to work toward goals and rewards is something I'm really looking forward to.

Also, what exactly are the ways to earn XP?

Q1: Is there currently destructable terrain on any of the maps?

Q2: Will you be releasing a video of an entire match?

Q3: Will there be any battle types where there is a resupply point on the field for ammo?

Q4: What 'mechs are planned to be introduced during/after closed beta 2?

Q5: We have only seen the countryside terrain. Will there be other types of terrain available at Founder's Launch?

Q6: Will we see customizable details on our 'mechs? Such as cockpits, lights, and different weapons graphics? Within reason, of course.

Q7: Do you prefer oranges, apples or Dr. Pepper?

Ten Questions To The Developers.






#1. Will there be a replay system within the game? See more on the topic via topics section of my profile.
#2. Has there been a release date decided yet for the final product? I heard it was going to open beta to people who bought founders pack on august 7th
#3. Why hasnt there been any recent video coverage on the net latly to help support the founders pack only game play videos I've seen were those of E3, and the ones at IGN. If people saw some video on what the founders pack would actually grant them within the game they might be more persuaded to buy it, would deffinatly help fund the development, and it would come along quicker?
#5. Will there be a single player mode/campaign within the game, if so will it also have co-op options?
#6. Was curious how much thought the devs put into thinking about graphic changes with defrent weapon types in the mech lab
Example would be; if there was an omi slot on the mechs weapon system, and I put a missle there but it could also support a beam weapon, would the graphic of the weapon change with a shortcut scene to help correct the final graphic of the mech depending on my choice if not how long till he can see innovations like this in the game?
#7. Will there be a sound track file to the game sold with the legendary founds pack, if not will it be available on ITUNES after the release of the game?
#8. Will there be a built in team speak feature which will allow me to communicate vocally with my clan mates, or team members threw a mic sort of how xbox live works?
#9. @website developer - More fan art, yes?
#10. Will there be a star-system over view, or orbital over view in multiplayer? :D
