I'm not ashamed to say that I'm probably the youngest of the lot here at 18... it no doubt comes through some of my ranting and replies. :P

Aww, I'm no longer the youngest here <_<

31 here.

Started with the SNES game and tabletop but didn't really put a lot of hours into one til MW:Mercenary.

Not sure if the generally older population here makes me feel good because of the relatively low level of spastic flailing in this community compared to some or bad because it's probably a grown ass adult doing it.

I'm 27.

Came in at MW2, played all the games since and been getting into TT for the last few years.

Started with MW2 like so many others back when it came out in '95. Have played every MW game + expansions since. Never played TT though.

32. Never played the tabletop game, nor the CCG, only read a novel last year. But have been fascinated with Mechgames since first seeing the boxart for Earthsiege waybackwhen. Didn't play a Mechwarrior game till Mechwarrior 2 Mercs, though.

All that talk about MW2 makes me wanna play it again. Or better yet, MW2:Mercenaries. Had to sell a lot of stuff to my classmates back then to be able to buy Mercenaries. *sigh*

22, Started with Mechwarrior 2 when I was four (second game I played after a Janes Combat simulator). Been all about battletech since then. Every corner of it. Owned all games, many, many books, and have a solid board game collection. Just wish I was able to get into it earlier.

44 here. All started with MW2: Mercs. Never played TT. MW3 was my favourite MechWarrior title though. Still have the CD in the original box! Was largely disappointed with both MW4 incarnations. MWO has its faults, but I still think it's my favourite version.
