And according to this link, my average reaction time was as low as 0.199 seconds.

I'm 28, and using a crappy laptop touchpad while at work. I got 289 first try, 266 2nd. I could probably do much better with a real mouse, but I already know my reflexes have slipped considerably since I stopped playing multiplayer FPS games 6 years ago. (MWO is the only "FPS" I can stand now)

That, and mindless IT work around the holidays tends to make my brain go dormant.

43, I'm averaging around .24-.25 on my work computer. Had some ugly outliers where I blinked or turned my head too, with those I was averaging in the .35 area, which I suppose is realistic for in-game with RL distractions going on. I may try it again at home on my gaming comp - I suspect my work comp has a better connection, but my gaming comp has better hardware and peripherals.

EDIT: Tried it at home, average about .23 using my gaming comp.

Yes, I think I understand the mechanic behind that. In combat one is shown to look around objects really fast when trying to spot targets instead of focusing on them. It works.... and is very effect to find targets that are well hidden.

Also, it helps that I regularly play Ready Steady Bang against my kids... which teaches them to keep trying, despite being repeatedly and mercilessly beaten into the animated dirt.
