Mech bay. They are in a bin labeled "AC/2 Ammo".

Please do us all a favor, make a ac2 dropdeck and post a video of wrecking clan face with it.

Impossible of course, because all Clanners are inherently better pilots and the only reason they lose regularly is broken IS super mech. Totally not because they had a significant mech advantage, so much so that they never had to pick up the actual tactical skills everyone else did week 1. It's because they were just better SKILLZ.

Just ask them, they will tell you.

Have not heard anybody say this...ever. In fact its actually just a constant refrain from people looking to muddy the waters with personal attacks rather than talk civilly about it.....

guess I expected better of you.... :(

lol 810 meter range that's almost correct, the clan large pulse laser has a 760 meter range. The CERML range is shorter.

No,

C/er'mlas has a 405 optimal range, it does damage for 810m.

....the statement is factually correct.

Actually hes right. Its the speed boost not the heat that have made it the favored weapon of IS pilots on Boreal. It wouldnt matter if it did run cold as hell, without the speed boost it would be useless trying to snipe at 1100 meters.

Its both obviously

You still have a lot of time to get out of the way at 1100m, try it sometime.

Wouldn't a Summoner with max armor, 2 PPC, a TC1 and 22 heatsinks still be putting out more DPS than the 9S with 3 ERPPC and 18 heatsinks? The Summoner will also be able to jump and move 25% faster as well.

Admittedly it wont have the high hardpoints, but it will have 5 jumpjets for poptarting.

Heat and cooldown affect rate of fire.

what you are telling me is that when i have a deadly accurate bolt action sniper rifle. The rate of fire doe not matter anymore????

That one overheats after 8 ERPPCs; compared to the 9S's 24. Although, neither are mastered. Both could likely pop out another alpha when mastered.

Dissipation is a bit faster, but can't compared to half heat.

The speed boost is a crutch to those who can't aim at a moving target.

The 50% heat reduction is a blessing to someone who can. :P

But does comparing a CERML at maximum range to an ERPPC at optimal range make sense?

I keep mine at long range when sporting an ERPPC. How about you?

(and that was not what Vass was trying to sly through).

So the IS players finally get a mech that can be considered evenly op alongside the 6 UAC 5 Dires/ the 5 S-SRM crows/ 6 S-Srm madcats.

Someone even had the audacity to say "well 8 of those mechs shooting down a choke point just wrecks".

The above scenario isn't the ERR PPC being op, that is just a poorly designed map. You can have 12 mechs running really anything

Seriously QQ Clans. There's plenty of builds YOU can make that are just ridiculous. "Cough" 6 S-Srm madcat "cough". "wheeze" 6 UAC 5 Direwhale "wheeze"

I must have missed something... would you mind smurfy linking me this infamous 6 S-srm madcat?

So can you answer why when they reduced PPC projectile speed they fell out of favor after almost a year of being the preferred weapon?

Combination of de-sync with guass rifles and the murder of jump jets.

I was heated because a lot of my lighter builds ran one PPC and a lot of JJs, which I used to brawl.....but the Dragon Slayer meta killed that for everyone.

.......but the funny part was the comp teams crying about clans being "pay to win" while they all ran around in hero mechs like it was cool.

Correct the JJ nerf was quite a factor in the meta moving away from poptarting. The PPC fell out of favor on all builds though and was replaced with the ERLL due to the projectile nerf.

Lol cute, I know plenty of l33ts too, the difference between us is I'm fine to stand on my own and don't need to cower behind truly great players to sling my ppcs, or my insults.

I've played against and alongside some of the best in the game and kept pace. Win or lose my personal performance always is good enough to hold my head up.

Likewise, your comment doesn't really insult our unit. Only lends credence to the reasons why we keep competitive play as the #2 goal, and work hard to keep a-holes out.

I thought you were trolling but I guess your serious. I guess when the projectile nerf happened and the top teams dropped the PPC they should have "learned to aim". Lol your a funny guy man. Go tell the Lords and 228 they need to learn to aim.
