I ran er-ppc tunder largely before that quirk: look at those awesome high harpoints in the torso! They want them.
Or the Ilya: 3 ballistic ----> 3ac5, of course.
The other thunder: 7 energy hardpoints: what else if not wub? It hasn't ballistic nor missile.
locust: hit and run, so spl. I don't care if quirks suggest otherwise.
Atlas: brawler beast. So I'll always mount ac20 + various smr4 + various ml. I play it so, and that's all.
Arrow. 6 mg before the quirks, after the old quirk, and now with the new one.... it's its obviuos configuration, what else with 6 ballistic hardpoint in a 45 tonner? AC10? Ac20? then take another BJ, not the arrow.
Quiks may be good or bad, but the most important thing is to have a play style in a mech. That's why I look at the hardpoints, not the quirks.
