LOL? Jagermech/Thunderbolts ...Clans have no Heavy like them. Mediums? IS don t Need them.
Take a Stalker 2 Thunderbolt one Raven or Firestarter and stomp the Clans into nowhere. Where is your Problem. Iff you dont win 48:12...you realy need to improve your skills.

Warhawk isn't even in the same zip code, and Whales are too slow and basically require a throw away because the lights suck.

Are we even playing the same game?

Jagers are squishy as all getout. Thud 9S was very competitive until the flood of Clan tears got its rate of fire nerfed back to the inferior IS average.

Meanwhile Clans also have the Hellbringer, if we get bored with our Timbergods and/or want to add some ECM into the mix.

Now Russ is considering nerfing the Stalker back to average too, which will put the Whales - which have a huge alpha at long range - further in front.

I play both IS and Clan. Don't try to tell me Clan doesn't have the best Mechs in each weight class other than Light. I am playing mostly IS at present because I got bored of the same 3 Clan uber-chassis.

When do you see any Dire wolf's in CW....or even a Warhawk or Gargoyle...Clan assaults in CW are not to useful....Also thank god they are thinking about nerfing the Stalker....While they are at it bring LRM'S to MW4 standards....make IS mechs only good not these great quirked out mechs(not given a huge quirk crutch just to be Clan equivalents....) Sick of IS players bitching to get buffs and quirks....

I see clan assults in cw.

Infact i saw one quad guass direwolf stop a lightrush with luaghable ease, killed off 6 lights faster then you would believe.

clanners take there timberwolfs and stromcrows and somehow build them weak... i think its there mindset that they need to waste tonnage and slot of streaks to stop lightrushes that harms them the most.... when any good player that can aim knows guassrifles and pulse lasers kill lights way way better then streaks, and are also good against heavier oppoents, where streaks are utterly useless.

Yes clan streaks are so sad and ineffective vs anything but lights... I don't know why anyone brings them when lights so so much easyier to kill with aimed weapons.

Still facing a team with 8 streak boats during you inital all assault push is good for luaghs, and presents almost no challenge atalll.

Nothing Russ has said indicates he wants to nerf the Stalker. At most he wants to nerf the LL by making it's ghost heat value equal to that of the ghost heat value of the CERLL (up to 4.0 from 2.4) so that they can't fire all 6 lasers and not overheat. That would hardly be much of a hindrance to the venerable Stalker.

And seriously. How many times does it have to be pointed out that pretty much no one uses whales in CW for numerous reasons? Start worrying about the Executioner people. Seriously that's the assault the IS needs to start worrying about XD

Don t tell me someting about Chassis. I have all. IS and Clan. The weapon Position and the weapon themself as IS autocanon are important. I agree. That Clans are getting ***** is also because we have many Timmys in our Team...but that is also on IS side.
I played enough CW to see that the balancing is broken since the GH change for the IS. Most Claner just play IS now.
Why< not. We can Play whatever we like.
No I agree. Nerf Claner more till nobody Plays them anymore. There are so many whinings about the Stormcrows and Timber ...wich mechs not Standing as Long as their IS Counterpart.
Doesn t matter. When the Urbie arrived....I will not touch my Clanmechs for a while...:D

I'm going to go by the raw stats I've seen over the last 4 months.

The "best" IS player I've seen to date runs a 4N & three wolverines. Most of his damage is NOT with the 4N. The "best" Clan player I've seen runs a Timber & three stormcrows. Their stormcrows *always* do as as much or more damage than any other mech PER TON. One outstanding IS player that usually outscores me topped his IS score with a timber/3x SC deck by over 30% while just PUGing.

Personally with a 4N I score less damage (and much less per ton) VS any T-bolt (excluding the 9S), a Firebrand, and Raven 2X; I have not tried a Wolverine. I only take a 4N to absorb more damage for teammates. For the IS I use those "meta" mechs (all elited) for a respectable score (always top 3), yet I was able to match with an elited Timber/Nova plus a trial Stormcrow/Adder in the week I dropped in clan mechs.

The only real advantage a 4N has over a t-bolt is survivability from more armor, but it's slow speed nearly cancels that out. What's interesting is nearly ALL clan mechs have this same survivability advantage WITH the speed advantage. That speed allows them to walk & twist faster, which helps a skilled pilot immensely.

That seems completely reasonable when compared 1v1 to a c-ERLL, however it seems extremely UNreasonable when you compare it to overall loadouts of various clan laser boats.

The Nova is one example - 12x ERML's that have nearly the same base range of an IS-LL, more damage per heat generated, and they can pack TWICE as many in 2/3 the tonnage while moving faster AND being JJ-capable. The Nova doesn't run that hot XD

Using a 12 ERMedium build, I can get off 3 volleys of 6 with proper timing before I really have to step back and cool off. But the Nova doesn't even remotely play like a Stalker. The Stalker is a versatile fire support mech. The Nova is a straight up death star. A suicide mech. You go in to kill stuff and be ready to die, or you don't go in at all. Its hitboxes are big and easy to blow and its hard points are all low to the ground. It's impressive alphas for a mech of its size I feel are sufficiently balanced by the mech qualities (though, it could afford to be a little faster).

I remember the first drop from one of the best pilots I know ingame with his Nova.....10sec after starting the game his Mech explodet due to Testfire ONE Alpha with his ER Medlasers....I don t see Novas in CW.

I don t care. I put my Clanmechs into the garage when I reached my next Level up.

You really are talking about the whales... In CW match. Where they are used only by some Pugs who are useless and get pummeled like no tommorow.

Lets see IS have a lot of fast light mechs that can do impressive damage in the right situation like in rushes...clans have...zero fast mechs that are worth anything. kit fox can be alright but is laughably easy to take out if caught in the open over heats pretty quick and just dies, misty is even more laughable, only good for ppc but I've never liked that weapon in this.

Lets see oh heavies hahahahaha ok we go the timber and hellbringer...thats it thats just 2 mechs we can bring out vs how many IS heavies with all it's quirks?

How about IS assaults? Clans assaults are very slow and huge the profile makes them easy prey and usually taking one arm out is enough to end the fight for them, however they do get a very good alpha or 2 in, sometimes if the other side has newbies they get wrecked by a single dire but the warkhawk is pathetic compared to it, where the IS has a bunch of assaults with lots of quirks.

Give me a break pgi has clearly shown a lot more love for IS mechs they play as them in the games more so than clan mechs.

Yes yes sometimes clans win big time but other day almost every match was agains IS premade and we lost every single match was like 6 matches those wait times just get more and more frustrating when you lose round after round because of dc which is rampant in clan side due to seeing a 12 man at least one guy a match goes **** this I'm out not wasting my time. I'm about at that point myself.

Clan nerfs need to be partially rolled back at least. The duration of the lasers are crazy long.

Yes, that's a total of three chassis that you clammers need to purchase, equip and master, versus how many IS? You are trying to tell us you can't build a viable drop deck with 2x ECM-Bringer + 2x Scarecrow, or 1x Timbergod + 3x Scarecrow?

Basically, you are arguing that you get your a** whipped when you run a group of Clan PUGs into an IS pre-made team, and some Clammers who are even bigger cry babies than you disconnect outright? And that is reason for you to ask for Clan buff / IS nerf?

In summery. "I want a "I win" button and nerf the Stalker. Can't have an IS mech being on par with our clan heavy..."
