april 7th patch were getting
"Quirks Pass on Clan mechs both new and some iteration on others"

so what kind of quirks are you hoping to see?

i know having just leveled up warhawks id love to see them get some love, here's what id like to see:

lt/rt all variants 15 armor
prime L/R arms and A LA 15% CERPPC velocity increase, -5% energy heat -7.5% erppc heat (each arm)
A RA 10% ballistic cd
A RT 5% missle cd

for the nova id love to see + cerslas, csplas range, further energy heat reduction, as well as armor/structure buffs all over, it seriously needs some defensive love.

Warhawk with +CERPPC velocity is something I would like very much.

I am hoping for less cheese on my Mechwarrior Online come any new quirks.

What your likely to get

WHK-P Arms: +1.5% CERPPC Velocity, -2% CERPPC Heat
WHK-P L/R ST: +7 internal structure
WHK-P LA: -1% LRM Spread
WHK-P CT: -2% Energy heat generation :ph34r:

Summoner gets another nerf !!!!!!!!

What is left to nerf???? Hrmmm...

Since the Summoner is so OP players dont use it out of courtesy and sense of fair play, PGI will have to get creative on bringing this God down to mortal status.

I know !

Nerf the heat dissipation rate !

Will bring that Dual ERPPC/Guass poptarting back under wraps...

And nerf those damn MGs. Its not fair to instagib enemies at 300m

Leave the AMS buff, its nice to let ECM mechs not have to bring the ECM. This way missiles are still countered but those ECM mechs can bring moar weapons instead.

Honestly I don't want the Warhawk to become another sniper mech. I'd be happy with -15% less heat from CERPPCs and thats all. Turn it into a long range suppressing fire mech but you'd still have to lead targets and time your shots. I think thats all it would need. And at closer ranges the amount of blue lightning you can pack into someone would make them think twice about rushing you.

CERPPC need more punch, fk the 10 dmg, buff them to 13, 14 or 15 dmg.

That 10 is not worth firing.....cuz PGI isnt going to quirk it or buff it to a point where its worth firing.

The LPL is 13 dmg for 10 heat, even the CERLL is 11dmg for 10 heat....why does the PPC have to be 10 dmg for 15 heat? Cuz the IS one is?

Prolly cuz the boating PPFLD.

2 ERPPC at 13 is 26 pinpoint.

LPL has a second burn time. So that damage will spread depending on a couple factors.

LPL isn't 15 heat at a 4 sec recycle either.

Same reason most IS mechs don't use ER-PPCs

Boating PPFLD that you cant sustain for very long. Waarhawk can fire 7 times, then has to slow down to 1 shot every like 3 seconds or so, and that is to ride the 83-99% line...1 shot, 99%, cool off, 83%, fire, 99%...not a good way to go....or back up to cool off, dealing 0 dmg for the duration. Lesser mechs can do less than that, and dealing like 30 dmg for 45 heat is not a worthy trade off....you do realize that after 8 shots, its only 80 dmg? THat is barely enough to scare a heavy, then velocity will ensure half that 80 misses or spreads...

Adder, it can fire like 4 times and its shutting down...and for 40 dmg? 60 heat? That seems right?

Large Pulse Laser? You can dual fire them like 6 times before shutting down.

I get the whole "Unlimited ammo Gauss RIfle", but GRs and ERPPCs are very different. GRs are 1 heat, 15 dmg.....so you can fire till the bin runs dry. ERPPCs? Your limited by your heat, that leaves you in very bad ways when its not managed right...shutting down at just the wrong moment?

The heat more then balances a 13-15 dmg CERPPC....

the velocity is so low on erppcs that they arent usable anywhere near their effective range limit. a 25% projectile speed buff would be inline with what IS erppc mechs got and would go a long way towards making the weapon usable on a mech that is designed to run 4 of them.

Guess we have 2 GR 2 ERPPC Gauss whales to thank for that...ERPPCs used to be like 1500 velocity.

well yeah it was slowed down to desync them with ballistics wich is fine, it was a good change because everyone ran 1-2 ppcs at the time.

clans just need the same treatment IS got to help balance weapons out. the erppc cant be the best weapon on every mech because everyone will use them, but if mechs like the adder and warhawk use them with quirks, well thats the way the system was intended.
