I guess that puts me at stage 3 (Bargaining).
Also, the cooldown nerf for TBR and SCR should barely effect using the mech since heat was the limiting factor for both mechs.

Now lasers are dead too, cooldown? Its about duration.
With this, all Clan weapons will be nerfed into oblivion, at least on the usable chassis.The thunderbolt is still around, the raven and firestarters. The named lights didnt need quriks in the first place. Not to forget the 3 heat penalty limit on IS LL.
Clans are already losing planets like crazy and now this? Sure "its a population issue". Why is it then that there are 2 clan teams in queue waiting for an enemey all the time?

u just need a Timber with LargeLaser to cover a lane for 5 min.
I could do so much more in the meantime, thx PGI!
- drink a coffee
- smoke a cigarette
- go out with your dog
- having a quicky with someone or alone.. do we have some duration quirks on that too?
It was necessary to do something with these Mechs.
But why u destroy the Raven2x again??
U need much of skill to handle with the 2x and 3 LargeLaser to get over the 600 mark.
With the Firestarter it is nearly the same..
The Stalker4N, Timber and StormCrow needed a re balancing but i think you overact with these changes.
But we will see.
By the way what about the Hellbringer? He is still OP!?!
PGI, you should talk with your high level players before you start something like that.
But at the moment i see u only making money.
And please don´t tell me a fairytale about CW, Playerbase, in game Voice or new OP Mechs which will be released.
No one need this, but you.
We hate VerdianBog, Waiting Que's, some Hitboxes, high Pings, ClanAC´s, Matchmaking and conquer useless Planets.
Don´t destroy your own cash cow, fix it!

Though you have a good point about ER PPCs (IS and Clan) being dead. Clan lasers will not be dead because of these quirks. Trust me and do not panic.
Although much more neg quirks than this could put them in the ICU! lol

Clan ACs are pointless.
Clan UACS Blow. (A laser without the benefit of hitscan)
Clan LRMs are stream fire... and are LRMs. (If you're bringing LRMs to CW, you're bringing deadweight)
Clan LBX is short range (Or otherwise useless)
Clan S/SRMs are short range, like all other S/SRMs.
Clan PPCs are the hottest, yet slowest moving things in the game.
Clan mechs cannot change their engines, structure, or armor, or JJs.
The Stormcrow and Timberwolf are the only clan medium and heavy that come optimized the way we WOULD adjust them if we could change armor and structure- while having the tonnage sweetspot.
-Summoner is stuck with minimal podspace for weight. (And terrible hardpoint locations)
-Hellbringer is stuck with reduced podspace, for weight- but it is still somewhat viable- because of ECM and hardpoint locations.
-MadDog has a couple of singularities placed in the left and right Torso to draw nearby damage to them. (And terrible hardpoint locations)
-The Nova has hardly any podspace and terrible hardpoint locations.
-The Ice ferret: LOL (But for continuity: NO podspace, terrible hardpoint locations.)
So, with lasers being the only reliable weapon set...
And the Timber Wolf and Stormcrow being the only clan mechs that fit the sweetspot based on the rules YOU imposed (Armor/Structure/Engine)
You decide to go mega quirk nerf on LASERS and TBRs and SCRs.
"Captain! Ima given ya all she's got, captain, the clans just aren't showing up to play anymore Cap'n!"
"Nerf the only weapons and mechs they use."
"Captain?"

While we're on the subject of quirks:
Remember when you put the really powerful quirks for IS mechs in the quirkening? (Which gave it the name "quirkening.")
Remember when it was time to try and quirk the clan mechs, and you wanted to take it real easy so as not to repeat that mistake again. (1-2%.. that only ever stacked to 6% total)
Here, on reducing quirks from the quirkening you go gentle 1-2% and then on the nerf quirks 3% PER POD ON ANY BLOODY POD WITH AN ENERGY HARDPOINT.

What litterally means CW is a failure? There is no goal for players to achive. No reason to keep playing it.

I have been playing it since 3 years, and i have bought many packages
many like me have been doing the same.
I would kindly suggest you to listen more at people who have more experiece, instead of crybabies with lrms that cry only on what killed them last time.
Many like me were going to buy another clan pack: but you made them UNDERPOWERED and boring, if things go on this way, the game will die soon, and we are also thinking to ask for a clan refund.
You had the tukaydd stats: they are no use: you did not consider that many good players and corps played clan during the event: clans are underpowered, but players who play them are better than IS pugs.
This is why they got a slight advantage.
