I got 4 years of college thanks to being an Apprentice Toolmaker, and am 8 credits short of a Business indusrtial management degree... I can for sure agree with what you said. I rather be wise than smart anyway.

Had to edit a few mistakes.

"We have the right to change what we feels needs changed." That is the conditions you are playing under. And unless you are playing a game for 10+ years ago. Games can be "updated" at any time. Cause you have to be connected to play most games any more.

You keep saying that but you still have not understood that that is talking about Content, not sales, sales conditions generally cannot be messed with in most states/countries after the sale.

Here is what's funny, it could have been a huge yes vote and it is very possible that PGI Could come back and say, that they are not allowed to sell it again due conditions that were in place when it was sold.

Also the whole notion that the could not sell another pack with P designations is ludicrous, they just cann't sell at T-Bolt 5S(P), a BTR1-G(P), and Shadowhawk 2H(P), the want to put new pack with new p variants have at it

And everything you are sold is Content in the game. I don't see the distinction you are trying to make. Are you going to use any of the sales items anywhere but in this game?

I also accepted that PGI can change, modify or delete anything in the game without asking us a thing. Its in the ToS That I said I agree with.I gave my word.

Actually this notion is ludicrous. They Can do what they want. It is their game. You thinking otherwise is quite presumptuous.

Poll should be over now, I think. Looks like the Phoenix is safe.

Now PGI, let's have a poll for the Phoenix Pack II with different, unique variants and awards!

If you believe the can change all sales agreements, I guess you would be fine with them saying that the clan pack you bought for 240 (if you bought it), we have re-valued at $300, you need to pay $60 in 30 days or you account with be banned with no refunds? Because that is what you keep implying. I am talking about sales agreements, I am not talking about content in game, the sales agreements are not content they are a contract between the seller and the buyer, you are correct they can do anything they want with stuff in the game. they however cannot on a whim change sales agreements. Because of the sales agreements on a Founders and Phoenix Packs they are unable to sell the (F) and (P) designated Mechs again without consent, which has been denied.

On another note that no one has seem to answers, beside the Loyalty reward announcement, where has all this clammer for the phoenix pack come from? I have not seen any threads since that time, nor any real groundswell on twitter

What time does the polls close? That isn't a large margin.

That's a massive margin! It changes governments (When was the last time the split was that great for the President of the United States?) Barack Obama 51.06%, George W. Bush 50.73%, George W. Bush 47.87%, Bill Clinton 49.23%, Bill Clinton 43.01%, George H. W. Bush 53.37%, Ronald Reagan 58.77% - 1984

1984 - Smarten up laddie.

You guys honestly don't see it? The forums are currently erupting in complete and utter apeshit insanity with 1200 votes and a hefty density of vocal players all demanding as loudly and violently as they can that Piranha never sell anything Phoenix ever again.

Huh?

No, no one is saying that. It's all in your imagination.

We're saying they can't sell the 6 original (P) Mechs again. Because that's how they were advertised - that they would NEVER be sold again.

I have no idea where you're getting this crazy idea that it's anything more than that.

You don't see the distinction because you don't want to.

Content is something that can be found in the game.

The terms of a sale cannot be found in the game and are not covered by that boilerplate legalese.

They could change the items that they sold us, but they cannot change the terms of the sale based on that boilerplate language. It's not the perfect "out" clause that you seem to think it is.

But as you said in a different post, they can change or do anything they want as long as they're willing to accept the consequences, if any. They could shut the game down tomorrow if they wanted to, but one likely consequence of that action would be everyone demanding (legally) a refund for their outstanding preorders.

My guess is that they'd really like to be able to offer a Phoenix package to Steam players, and were hoping to be able to re-use the original ones so that they wouldn't have to do any work. Looks like they're going to have to work for it after all.

first off terms of sale are not sold ingame or anywhere else. second, you don't see the distinction because you have been doing nothing but trolling in these threads.

Nope, not a massive margin even in politics.

Are you saying my claims are bogus? or are you just a sore head? were my points about the president of the U.S. bogus? or did you just want to post a picture and now seemed to be the right time?
Perhaps you are just trolling.
