No. This is PGI's playbox; they have the 'right' to do as they see fit, and to tell people to pound sand if they don't like it.

Use of the forums is a privilege, and like most privileges, there are obligations that go with it.

Do you have a right for a redress of grievances?

Yes, *but* that doesn't necessarily mean you get to select the method. You can contact support to make your case. You can sue in a court of law. You could presumably push for legislation to correct a perceived injustice.

Good luck with that. But that's between you and PGI. They're under no obligation to give you a platform to disagree your issue here.

Your best bet would be reddit, but if you think the people here are brutal, you're going to be in for an unpleasant surprise.

By all means go forth and make your case - but the expectation should be that you're going to *make your case*, not just proclaim innocence. Since at least two people have admitted using the cheat, you're going to have a hard time demonstrating innocence.

And since this is the court of public opinion, and not a court of law, you're guilty until proven innocent

I would like to add that while at one time I felt the Cauldron-Born mech was likely to be sold with negative quirks or would receive them shortly after release, I no longer feel that way and am sure that PGI would never do such a thing.

Maybe I should feel a little empathy towards the cheaters that got caught and lost their accounts.........some of which probably had some serious time and money invested into them.

I hope you can see the difference between changing your USER.CFG, which is allowed, and the purchase, installation and activation of software that does something completely outside the design or intent of the game.
