That's the downside of onmimechs. You can change entire onmipods (arm, leg, head), but they come with tons of fixed equipment including their engines.
2ERPPC Nova build is pretty decent or load it up with a ton of small pulse lasers.

Make the Skills able to be sorted. Preferably Clan/I.S., and/or by Ballistic/Energy/Missle/Other.
New Game Modes, all working titles:
New game mode #1: Annihilation; 24 person drop, 1 vs All. No teams. Last man standing wins. Most % health wins.
New game mode #2: Obliterate; 12 vs 12 teams, single item in the center of map, like Domination, but it keeps track of who did damage via a meter above your HUD (Your team vs Enemy Team). Timer counts down from 30 seconds when damage has been done to it, resets when damage by other team is dealt. At time end (usual 15 minutes), last damage by a team wins. If all of a team is defeated, timer continues until at least 1 point of damage has been dealt, then game ends.

- Solaris VII. I don't know who wouldn't want a free for all, I'm so fascinated to see what sorts of mechs would come out on top. Hybrid Builds? Versitile Builds? Brawlers? Lights?
- And with that, Solaris VII mechs like the Silver Fox and Volkh.
- Massive Scale multi-company battles. I'm sure the que wait times would be immense but so would the scale of the action. It'd open up worlds of possibilities for tactics, finally we could see what split groups and well coordinated companies are /truly/ capable of.
- Homegrown Clan Battlemechs like the Woodsman, Arcas, Incubus, and Howler. IIC mechs are fantastic and all, but seeing original clan designs would be interesting don't you think? I'd especially love to see the Incubus (Aka Vixen).
- And for that matter, Inner Sphere Omnimechs such as the Templar, Strider, Perseus, Hauptmann, Arctic Fox and Sunder.

Correct me if I am wrong on this one, guys, but Russ confirmed Solaris being in the pipeline as one of the next big things after CW3 in one of the last TownHall Meetings, did he not?

CW3 has been and is going down the tubes. As a ceo, russ bullock dragging pgi and MechWarrior down the tubes. russ bullock needs to be replaced as ceo with somebody who can be reasoned with.

Now I know how you feel about Russ Bullock and the style he runs the company in and obviously you don't like it because you know better. What I actually wanted to know was, if I am wrong in the assumption that Solaris was presented being the next big thing.

PGI needs to stop chroming and pin striping the MWO car and do the needed basic maintenance. It may look good but if the wheels fall off what's the point. Oh, and if you could please get the sales guy/person out of the development meetings, that would be good -- meme implied.

It'd give people a chance to try out a lot of different mechs in the field without waiting a gazilion years of game hours, and add a new element to the whole game experience.
I'm sure there's a way for PGI to recoup money out of it too...

- An XP system that doesn't shaft you over if you're on the losing side, i.e. spent 4 minutes escorting fatties on polar highlands with ecm, scouted, chased off lights did 393 damage (erll build) 3 kill assists - - pretty much what you would want from a low tonnage medium. We lost and I picked up 132 xp . . . . not the first time and no doubtedly won't be the last, but hardly recognises what effort went into the match. Yes a bonus for being on the winning side, but not a severe penalty for being on the losing one.
- In the age of advanced technology, please can we have rear view mirrors or inset view panel . . I can fit one on my car for under £75, surely in the advanced modern era they can fit one to a mech?
- A Union Class Dropship instead of Leopards for quick play matches
- Additional maps in FW Scouting and remove time/atmospheric effects that totally blanket dropship smoke
An Aerospace aspect to the game!

On the other hand you could have been an AFK, the game was won and gone up a tier. PGIs logic is just flawed it seems,

No reason why other than I think it would be funny, that and I love the sound that light poles make when you hit them.
