Not really a feature, but I highly recommend a revamp of the skill system like many other games will do (typically before a major patch). New skill options and combos will revitalize things for a bit. Perhaps a system that gives benefits at a cost. E.g. 10% increase speed for -5% anchor turn or 15% increased ranged for +5% cooldown.
A new system is another option, like adding quirks, which would be a feature, but that might be more work than simply revamping an existing system.
Laslty,
Instead of just saying X killed Y, how bout X headshotted Y or X legged Y.
I think it might be a good way to get a better sense on how well your team is doing or not doing.
