Overall, though, the changes do look like a nice improvement.

I'm not able to edit it to fix it. I'll see if I can get someone who can.
Also I didn't have a chance to make prettier spreadsheet coloring this time around. It'll be better the next time.

- 0.15 * (1 - 0.30) = 0.105 or 10.5%

MLX-Prime Side Torsos
+5% Torso Twist Speed (Torso Yaw Rate)
+1 Torso Twist Radius (Torso Yaw Amount)
MLX-C Side Torsos
+2.5% Torso Twist Speed (Torso Yaw Rate)
+3 Torso Twist Radius (Torso Yaw Amount)
I did say in the feedback that "+1" to torso twisting is... well, a joke.
At the very least, it should look more like this...
MLX-Prime Side Torsos
+5% Torso Twist Speed (Torso Yaw Rate)
+2 (or +2.5 or +3) Torso Twist Radius (Torso Yaw Amount)
MLX-C Side Torsos
+2.5% Torso Twist Speed (Torso Yaw Rate)
+4 (or +5 or +6) Torso Twist Radius (Torso Yaw Amount)
+1 is a non-starter for torso twist range improvements.

The previous quirked rate was more like 12.35% so 9% will be an improvement.
