A friendly word of caution, then: What, and when, something "passes into hate" is a very subjective line. If you're sensitive to those things (as I read between the lines that you are), you might well "come out swinging" a bit prematurely in some situations.
We all have our hot-button issues; I know for sure I have my share. But because they are hot-button issues it's all the more important to take a breather before posting, or you'll find yourself pouncing on that edit button more often than you like (and, not incidentally, I've done the exact same thing you did on the last page numerous times; sometimes someone catches it before the edit and it turns into embarrassment, sometimes I get away with it and the post reads much like yours do now; "ah, fsck it" before anyone else sees it. Sometimes a mod catches it and I get a forum vacation
