Haven't seen anyone mention the mission rewards near the bottom of the page for sharing the announcements via facebook and twitter! Near the bottom of the kickstarter just above the "praise for our games" section.

Do what you can guys!

 • $250,000 - Combined Arms: We'll add a healthy roster of non-'Mech AI opponents to the Base Skirmish Game including tanks, hovercraft, support vehicles and more. But be careful - even the lightest of combat vehicles can still wreck your 'Mechs under the right conditions.
Aww so no infantry at all? and no player controlled vehicles or/and infantry? :(

They talked about it in the interview/ Q&A session with NGNG yesterday. They want to but they aren't promising anything until they know it is feasible/doable.

Will be backing to Elite Mechwarrior level at the least when I get home. Am contemplating Mercenary MechWarrior, but that is a goddamn lot of money to spend. I really enjoy HBS' work, the Shadowrun games are absolutely excellent, and being able to boast my own personal unit emblem - especially in potential MP matches - would be amazeballs...but there's a lot of other things I could do with a thousand bucks.

A thousand is a metric crap-ton to spend on a single game, even if it is BattleTech :)

I was torn between Noble House Scion ($125) and Elite MechWarrior ($275), was even thinking of going with the Mechwarrior ($50), contemplating whether it was worth the trinkets to go Scion or Elite - then I decided it wasn't, but it was worth $275 to try to get the game to $2.5M :)

I am hoping that they add some other tiers in between the $125 goodies and the jacket. The jacket doesn't interest me much but maybe something else would. I'd spend more if there were other options.

Hey, who doesn't need another jacket? ;)

That's always an option for anyone that doesn't want to, or can't afford to, participate in a kickstarter. Seeing as the primary funding goal was met in 53 minutes, you'll get your chance to pay for and play the game come May 2017, should you so desire.

Hey look, a developer with a history of successful games is getting involved with Battle Tech. And, I'm giving them less money than PGI ... what a weird world.

I am hoping for stage 4, then all of my friends who stayed away from MWO because it is an FPS will play it.

The best way to evaluate future performance, is past performance. Though, you are right, Id rather have a great apple than a horrible orange.

Quite excited about this whole thing! Probably backing once the paycheck is in :)

My main question is on the pvp if 4 is reached. Solaris is one aspect of a at lore I didn't explode much. Are matches 1v1, teams, ffa?

In lore Solaris was usually a free for all style match. In this game it would be a lance vs lance style match. However, I don't think its been made clear how many players are in said match yet.

Funded for 50 , maybe going 125 , would have liked a different higher physical tier , nice statue or such , not into a satin flight jacket with velcro patches.

I do bet they expand on this with future expansions as they did with the Shadowrun series , be silly not to with the money its getting.

They said on the livestream yesterday that they know they can do 1v1, and are looking into different solutions for more players. Their biggest issue seems to be waiting time for the players not currently doing their turn.

While I do enjoy turn based lots , it would be enjoyable I think to have simultaneously resolved turn based. Just would add a fun element to it.
