But on the other side you should consider that now ppl are leaving the game or take a break or play less for now due to the fact they are forced to play games they do not like. Please also take into account that it could happen that "new" PPL from the steam community will test the game and then see "hmm... i cannot choose the gamemode... oh thats awesome i really like that"
I fully concede that might be the case. But what I said earlier applies:

So yes, you are in what appears to be (and what I fervently hope truly is) the minority.
You don't like the voting. You hate conquest enough that you logged in to say so. I hope more people are like me and don't care enough either way or they realize we're all in this together and voting opens the door to lots more game modes (a net gain for everyone I would hope).

Be honest .. everyone likes the possibility to choose freely what he/she wants to play
Again, I don't dispute this at all. Nothing would make me happier than everyone getting exactly what they want.

And I do not agree that it was a necessary change. Look at other online games which are quite sucessful (like WoT where this is the case since the gamemodes were implemented)
That's awesome for WoT players. I do wish MWO could duplicate their success. However, the people running MWO have said their Match Maker can't have more game modes without voting. You can disagree with them all you want. You certainly wouldn't be the first. But most of your posts have said you don't know why voting was implemented. Now, I hope, you do. Use that information however you choose.
