Same size as a Jager but lower arm mounts.
Better protection of torsos from sides though this means greater chance of losing arm weapons, will really hurt the LK.
Makes all other 60 tonners look like they need a rezise.

LK has an odd look with the arm lasers recessed back from the Ballistic mounts compared to the images above it of the 3N.

Quirks
5D seems to have gotten worse quirks than a BJ-3 except PPC Velocity. Will be tougher given it has the same number of Energy as a BJ-1X. At least it can zombie.
3C looks generic and fine, just not sure how easy it will be to use all 4 Ballistic slots unless you add MGs.
3N looks OK, not sure if the AC5 specific was needed but whatever.
LK is like the 3C but more focused on Energy and LBX quirks with greater vulnerability to weapon loss as arms go.

The 3N is the only one that is interesting to me. The 40% velocity quirks with a gauss, you will literally never lead just point and shoot. Throw on 3 ER LL with the gauss and that might be the meta. Overall this mech is underwhelming, BJ even with the structure nerfs are still beefier. I'm hoping those side torso hit boxes are small and the mech will be XL friendly because this thing will need to run an XL to make use of the ballistic hard points.

One of those rare moments when the 3D modelling team totally owns Alex's work.

Well done

The model looks amazing, another great transfer of one of the old iconic designs into MWO's overall aesthetic. Probably my favourite of the three we've got so far.

My only problem is that I've already mastered the BJ and JM as "Rifleman standins", as I thought I'd never get the real thing. Now I'm suddenly uncertain if I want to do it the third time.

I think the "which one's better" comparisons vs. Jagermech are probably unnecessary, as they'll play surprisingly different. Jagermech will rock several ballistic better due to available tonnage, but then Rifleman won't have to go there anyway as it can complement the ballistics with high-mounted large lasers..

Cockpit view posted.
Very great field of vision. Seems to be a running theme with the newer mechs.
The Blue-red Phoenix looks pretty darn cool.

Beautiful Cockpit. I love the AA feel with the awesome sunroof. You will see the Death from Above coming in.

There's a cockpit with a great view, spinning compass is a nice touch.

Why show Faction patterns when you have to pay for them? Should've shown the ones you get.

Nice to see the 5D variant (one with the Liao pattern) has two of the laser hardpoints above the cockpit, nice for hill poking ^^

Weird, in the Pictures you sit between the barrels of your Mech. Can clearly see those long barrels, but cockpit view the Arms( Barrels) are too short. Suddenly the cockpit is between the verry end of the arms :(( i was hoping to see my barrels even when looking stright, like Jagermech. Damn dissapointed :()

Might be a product of the FOV they are using ingame when they recorded that...looks like its the default 60 in that video. I'm sure you will be able to see your barrels with a higher FOV (for example I use an FOV of 85 and see the barrels on similar mechs like Jager and Blackjack)
