If built like the MekTek "Stalker-with-arms", then yeah.

With its canonical geometry (or something closer to it), it would be essentially "a slightly-lighter Clan King Crab" - relatively flat/disc-shaped from the front/rear & sides but very broad when seen from the top, and with the arms (and thus, the bulk of the available energy & ballistic weapons for most configs) being much closer to cockpit-level (but much more wide-set) than would be the case with the Daishi.

At 3052, the Turkina would have the Prime (energy/ballistic arms, missile side-torsos), A (ballistic arms, missile side-torsos), B (energy arms, energy side-torsos, energy CT, energy head), and C (ballistic LA, energy RA, energy LT, energy/ballistic/missile RT) configs available.

The KGC seems to do fairly well for itself, so why wouldn't the Turkina find a similar niche on the Clan side?

It would be a very, very small niche, as the Dire Wolf with S pods affords the same movement profile as the Turkina would have, the Dire Turkey is honestly a 5t lighter Dire Wolf in terms of agility due to it packing the same engine to walk speed ratio as the Dire Wolf, in this case a 285xl, sorry for my math error before calling for a 295xl. The Dire Wolf is often seen as an easy target due to the limited agility it has thanks to the locked 300 series engine, I fail to see how the Turkina will fair any better in that regard.

The Turkina would be fun to play if jumpjets weren't absolute dog **** for assaults.

Then, that is where minor maneuverability/agility quirks could come into play, just as they did for the Masakari (which is arguably just an even-lighter, somewhat faster Daishi) - each of the Masakari CTs have turn rate quirks while some also have turn angle quirks, the Masakari A's legs have accel/decal quirks, and the Masakari B's legs have turn rate quirks.

Some minor JJ-related quirks for the Turkina could also be appropriate, to reflect how the JJs are hardwired into the design (which could also be applied to other OmniMechs with canonically-hardwired JJs, like the Gladiator, Night Gyr, Thor, Black Hawk, Nobori-nin, Shadow Cat, Dragonfly, Hankyu, and Koshi).

That I can agree with, quirks should have been used for flavor, rather than balance.

Another Assault Omnimech in this timeline would be the Kingfisher which the Executioner was created to replace.

You missed the Warhammer IIC, Phoenix Hawk IIC and Marauder IIC.... 80/80/85t in that order.....

Also your Stone Rhino image looks more like it's predecessor the Martyr....

We're going by the production year not when they appeared in the TRO. For example the Kodiak appeared in TRO 3058 but was produced in the year 3001.

Was not saying those are dates (though because from later date TRO most varriants use future tech). But those are the TRO's they are in I think.

Huh totally forgot about Spooky doing a commission of a Mk II and Warhammer IIC awhile ago. But these are not anything of a revision on the design though. But still good artwork.

I think it would be awesome if there was an artwork depicting it firing those twin Gauss.

Take a Timberwolf, size it up a little bit, put some JJs and add two Gauss Rifles, mmmmmm..... #mechgasm

Reply to OP (and a note for PGI):

I don't want any poop from MW4 into MWO.
I'd go back to not buying anything (in MWO) with real world money. Pretty certain all the other people who weren't impressed with MW4 feel the same.

So with what you say, screw the ones who liked MW4? Nice to know we can be open minded here and appropriate others opinions...So the mechs we liked we should never get cause the ones that didn't like the game deserve to decide?

Coming from the person who doesn't know how lights work and only wants more worthless assaults that will act the same as any other. Mad Cat Mk II will be nothing but a rehash. Nothing new to add especially after Marauder IIC and Supernova come.

Get a life dude quit following me.
