I wanna hear Tina's opinion about adding boob physics to the female pilot model.
do you think it would be too sexist?
Yep.

Even that isn't realistic. You don't need to make armor that shapes itself to breasts. The same exact armor worn by men is generally what is worn by women.

No, its really not. Despite the current PCBS narrative, women are different than men - they have 10% less bone density, 10% less hemoglobin, 10% more body fat. And even with a B cup, they need to breathe.
Again, I fight with women in real life using swords and armor (HEMA & SCA also) Some can fit into male armor, most cannot and need a little more room up top.

Shaped, hard boob armour is dangerous to the wearer. If you fall forward, you can get seriously hurt or even killed (if someone falls on top of you) from the all the force of the fall being transferred to your sternum rather than even distributed across the whole torso.
So boob armour would not have two individual cups, but just a slightly more rounded front if extra room was needed.
I think everyone posting can recognize this, the question is whether the want to admit it or not. Extra room in the chest area? Yes, for those who need it. Ridiculous Skyrim/anime proportions? Nope.
For the underwear-only crowd...I'll take that dude who said he was a tank driver at his word. When I worked in forestry, I wore Carhartts and long-sleeved shirts with gloves on even when it was 90+ degrees. Did it get hot? Yes. But was the protective gear worth it? Yes. How many dudes do you see driving a Caterpillar in boxers?
If it'll please the lore die-hards, then sure, make additional pilot models without pants on. But if I were a 'mech pilot, I'd put that cooling vest on under a long-sleeve shirt, and I'd sure as hell be wearing some durable pants.
