Love it! Little things like this really help in the long run. They're almost like little easter eggs for new players to discover.

Exactly those things make a Game cool. More Stuff like glowing Eyes or extendable Claws is what MWO needs.

I can think of a few other things MWO needs...and fluff doesn't make the list.

Sure, I agree, but such little things are no great expense for the Devs imho.

Fluff pieces, are nice touches that show effort, and thought. Without them we might as well play on a spreadsheet.
Fluff should always make the list. Otherwise there's no reason to be playing a mechwarrior game instead of every other generic shooter on the market.

Exactly my stance.

And I hate multiplayer PvP games.

So for me, the fluff is necessary, or I'd just go play a single player game.

Now...for somethin real nerdy.
I can't wait to pry a Kodiak out of a Ghost Bear Vat Baby's cold dead hands, and then drink mead in salute to the fight given.

My (Alt account's) Kodiak cheerily awaits the arrival of yonder Atlas, as their skulls make lovely chamber pots.

It might take a while to get there. You know mine steed be slow, though her tonnage be many, and her firepower be mighty.

All seriousness, I would drive the hell out of a tank in MWO if they had the big ones like the Demolisher or the Partisan.

I would love if MW: O was like WT in the sense of combined arms and I wish with a higher rating to have infantry and power armour too.

I really want to pilot a... you guessed it.
A nightshade!...
Yes. I named myself nightshade over a light stealth aerospace fighter in BT and not a flower and that most people who read my name will think of the flower but I do not care. SRM's raining from above and you have no idea from where is all that I care!

If I had a Kodiak, I'd bind the function to my mouse!

KODIAKS ARE NOT MEANT TO MELEE!!!!!!!!!!!! The claws on the Kodiak were meant for aesthetics only, Clans loath melee combat, and for you clanner asking for melee, you need to brush up on your lore before opening your mouths.
