This was more a message for PGI, and less for individual pilots. Unlike the individual pilots, like yourself, I am quite positive that PGI can see just how many (or in this case FEW) members from -MS- are still actively playing the game the last few weeks.

Since 'only one attack per cycle' was introduced -MS- found that everything that 'could' be done...was done....during the first 90-120 minutes of each cycle, so after the first week, -MS- pilots just stopped logging on because the vast majority of the time there is literally NOTHING to do in Faction Warfare.

So, think what you want....if PGI even cares, they can confirm that -MS- activity in FW (and the game as a whole) has dramatically fallen off since 'only one attack per cycle' has been implemented. People wanted -MS- to stop playing so much, well....they got what they wanted.

pssst..... it wasn't just -MS- that stopped playing two weeks ago. In the few times I have been on, my friends list is barren. The GTFO trend extends beyond big units.

Wow, no solo dropping allowed? MS doesn't look like a fun place to be, at least with that population. (I've seen people breaking that rule, but I won't call them out; that's a **** move.)

I feel less bad about the desolate state of faction hubs, now.

PGI has to know something is wrong with FP. Are people Tweeting MWO and Russ about the FP situation? I would, but Twitter shadowbanned me and I haven't yet felt like making a new account.

Maybe a better idea Sader would be to screen shot our Unit tab in MWO so they can see how many are logged into the game. I have been in TS and seen 20 people logged in, but only 5 in game. Been trying to get some CW matches for two days. Said screw it and been working on my Oxide in Public matches instead.

Congratulations MWO Community. Your witch hunt of killing the large units of the game has finally seen the fruits of your labor. You won.

Now there's a huge exodus of players from the game. I hope you are happy with the reward.

What have the "MWO Community" done to kill "the large units"?
Large Units have invented the genrush and dropzone farming to drive the PUGs out of the game
PGI have invented the "Streak Crow Against Pug Mode" and [Long Tom] to kill FP on the IS site.
But what exactly have the "Community" done to kill the Large Units?

Perhaps they are all off practising to win that $100,000 Posted Image because quite obviously it's the future of MWO, even though about ten teams will have a realistic chance of winning it.

Can't help but think mechcon 2016 will be the first and last of it's kind.

This game quite clearly needs a new lead developer

Perhaps. Or this one could try treating its customers with respect. A developer that communicates with its current customers while actively courting new ones; rather than alienating both. A developer that actually cares...or even just pretends to most of the time...but at least puts a bit of effort in the effort. A developer that is actually familiar with its product and what motivates its customers to buy and/or utilize it. etc.

PGI has shown that they can do these things. As of late however, they have shown provocative ignorance or out right hostility to all of the above.

This game doesn't need a new developer. It needs the current one to give a damn about its customers, and its product and then actually show it.

I certainly hope you aren't implying the company running this game targets specific groups and tries to run them out of the game. That's just crazy talk.

As much as I love to defame the MWO community these changes came courtesy of the developer lol

The best way to kill big units... is by being PGI making being in a big unit unfun.

*insert PGI Success! meme*
