The real salt-inducer is going to be the LCT-IIC.

that's tempting to do I been lately thinking about doing it for my TBR-D, also I want this mech to do jazz hands.

Basing off the artwork I'm gonna say Kodiak-3 high.

Exactly the same firepower. Well.. almost. SB has only 1 ballistic hardpoint.
SB: (imaginary 2xuac5): http://mwo.smurfy-ne...5fbef520bb700d7
Scorch: http://mwo.smurfy-ne...421750130889125
I think PGI should release well balanced mechs and should consider mech size, max speed, empty space, shape and some other attributes and these things should be balanced. It is not too difficult science.
you're right. Marauder IIC is OP because it is better than the victor. lets remove quirks from it! oh wait...

Everything is OP when you either don't own it, can't afford it, don't have access to it, replaces your previous favorite mech or can't be used by your faction of choice.

Based on the KDK-3 we can expect 8 ballistic hardpoints on the PHX-IIC.
And if PGI really wants to push the sales they'll just opt in for the 3069 PHX-IIC-5 with dual hyper assault 20 gaussrifles and quad anti personnal gaussrifles...

Based on KDK-3 salt, I wouldn't put it past them to make them Mauler high instead.

You can fit Ferro Fib
MAD-3R
This is how I would set up the same mech, much more DPS with double tapping than the one you posted.
I got tired of having to remove FF every time I switch up builds, so I just leave it off.
Yeah, I tried that build before but I seem to have bad luck with IS UAC5's jamming alot so I don't really use them on many of my builds anymore.
