Arctic Cheetah Hitboxes

I saw one that was shutdown take 2 Gauss and some other lasers and barely show any damage.
I don't care about the ECM or small pulse lasers, but I need the hitboxes to work.

The only way to take them down is the legs. If they twist, you'll never get them on a CT/2xST kill.

It's already been discussed in Patch Feedback.
This one is currently ongoing on Community Warfare

I agree on the subject. However i think there should be looked into the hitboxes of the ST. It should need a slight rework. For the rest it's fine as it is.
Everyone aims for the legs because above the legs dont bother trying to hit it. It fails miserable to register damage.

firestarters still shrug off damage like they always have...and those hit reg fixes have pretty much disappeared

There were even several incidences where the Cheeta was legged and had its other leg cherry red and still survive against two blasts from 4x C-SRM4s and three bursts from 2x C-UAC5s.
I have the Cheeta and I have to say that they absorb way to much damage before going down.
Its clearly a hit detection issue

As a side note, it does seem to take damage quite well. I've stripped nearly a ton of armour from the top half of my -Prime and -B and they seem to take roughly the same amount of punishment before losing a torso as my FS9's.
People tend to aim for the LT to get rid of ECM, which on paper is a valid tactic. But why bother only removing the ECM (and two or three weapons) when you can just leg them and remove the entire mech.

no, its hitboxes aren't broken and there's no reason to think so unless some actual primary testing gets posted.
HSR is not perfect; we know this and the speed of lights exacerbates the problem (especially this weekend, since many people are likely playing on higher-ping servers than they normally would.)

Same kind of post we saw when people complained about the early spiders hitboxes, yeah how did that turn out?.

Almost all the lights don't seem to take damage properly. I wish PGI would take a look at all the hitboxes on lights. Light pilots, imo, take advantage of it like an exploit...it's why lights brawl instead of doing what they were meant to do. Hopefully this rework PGI is doing for role warfare will stop that.
