You know what won't get you far in life? Fighting battles that are not yours to fight. You're wasting energy with 0 gain.
Also you should brush up your knowledge on what common trait most people in management posses, it's that they're sociopaths, which I also happen to be to a degree and coincidentally I'm in a management position as well.

I'm going to go out on a limb here, though it may be a fairly sizable and stable limb at that, and suggest that you are in fact not a manager, since you clearly don't know **** about management.

Also Tristan, love the He-Man facepalm

It's not cowardly to go up against heavier Mechs like Assaults. It's called having guts and being brave. Try taking on a Kodiak as a Locust and come out alive.

Look around the world right now, and throughout history.
Now think about the statement above.

Sorry, but often times fighting battles that are not yours to fight, are often the battles most worthy of fighting, and even more often of greatest importance.

Yeah, if you'd have the capacity to open a link I provided you could verify the information... alas that seems beyond you capabilities :(

Here you go, I have it saved for special people like yourself ;)

I now actually see some gain, this thread helps me identify ******* that are incapable of opening links, so that I can ignore them later in any thread I say.

Because you obviously don't pass the minimum threshold of intelligence required to communicate at a healthy individuals level

Yeah, tht's exactly how Trump got elected, you SJWs fighting battles that are not yours, got sane people fed up so much, they'd though to themselves - "I'd rather watch the world burn, than live on the same planet with them social justice warriors in their safe spaces"

Honestly dude, it's the only thing people like him are capable of. Frankly, they don't know how to debate honestly/civilly, so they just try to shut down others by insulting them. too bad that tactic doesn't work on the internet

Dean,

In fight with bear, (7 foot), would you stand toe to toe or would you flee and try to get a better advantage?

Not all light pilots are equal, and some names here are quite decent light pilots, and some are a little over rated.

We all do have one thing in common, we will not stand still for a 60 to 70 point alpha from a heavy or assault.

You must realize situational awareness, and be mindful of the build you bring. If you bring LRM x 15 x 4 Awesome for example then you have to be prepared to possibly be punished quite severely.

As for cowardice, that all depends on your point of view.

I do some what agree with the OP
its pretty easy running around killing disconnects and shooting assaults in the back

its also a ton of fun doing light on light battles
so we have a catch 22 I guess

It's the standard approach of any alpha male to be aggressive on the internet.

I would know, because I myself have alpha male characteristics.

I am also literally the alpha male of a wolf pack, hunting wild elk in Alaska.

Here's a link for all the morons who don't believe me.

Lets recap:

1) No arguments provided by the 3 of you - check

2) Attempt at a personal attack - check

3) Inability to check data provided and provide a counter argument - check

I'm used to dealing with people like you and I'm not phased in the slightest, you can live in your safe space, because reality > feelings, you can be offended as much as you like, doesn't change anything

You say you aren't phased by it, yet you are replying to it. It kinda implies that you are "rustled" by it at the very least.

Argument?

Fact check what?

A forbes article? OK:
http://www.forbes.co...r/#74fcd56560d5
No mention of being a sociopath in there. Same source. Which is right?

I am certain I can find you far more articles talking about leadership, and vision as management qualities than you can about a need to be a sociopath. There are no facts to check, just opinions thrown around. You are trolling and doing a fine job of it, nothing more.

It's a training routine, by exposing myself to a daily dose of morons, I grow my discipline/patience, It being a forum, allows me to control the dosage at my leisure and unlike doing it in a bar, I don't have to wake up hung over the next day.

SO not exactly rustled, however what intrigues me to this day, after years and years of doing this, is why you people do it? I know you will employ some mental gymnastics to not feel like you've lost the argument, but that's only on the concious level, subconsciously you know I've demolished you, since I'm the only one who provided links to research that support my claims, while you have nothing and you don't even dare search, since you will be proven wrong

Darvis, you clearly lack any real discipline, and your lack of understanding about what makes a good manager is appalling to someone who knows a few managers. Now, I COULD give a crap and prove ya wrong, but if I did, A) you'd just doubledown as kids like you always do, and B) Frankly you aren't worth any more effort than this post.

Here's a puppy gif to make you feel better Darvis: http://imgur.com/gallery/HNWMaIv

So, Back to lights and their screwed up rolls:

Anyone finding the new armor quirks on the Wolfhounds and Panthers to be making much of a difference in their performance? Are 35 ton humanoid lights still effectively dead. I still think that their profile's scale is indistinguishable from a Phoenix Hawks, and given the added armor of the PH's arms, I'm still taking a PH over either of those for the same sorts of rolls. Also why was the Firestarter not given similar armor adjustments?

I won't lie to you: I still don't feel threatened by either mech to be honest. They still die very easily. Also, they clearly hate the Firestarter for some reason.

@DovisKhan: I wasn't offended, I just responded to get some laughs out of your post. "I have sociopathic tendencies, which is usual for people in management. I'm in management, btw." It's not that I don't believe you or that I have anything against you. I just thought your post was hilarious. Some people either have a real diagnosis or they have given themselves a diagnosis and then post about it and expect other people to care, one way or the other. Sometimes because they want some measure of respect or reverence. There's nothing wrong with it. I just find it really funny. In this case, it was made more funny because you missed the joke and then called me a moron.

Anyway, sorry to the OP for derailing your thread. At least I did offer a valid reply on page 3, for what that's worth :)
