IS Assaults category needs the Longbow.
Not that I care for the thing, but I'm fairly certain someone was lobbying for it in the past, so might as well include it.

So far the poll results are as I expected they would be, but I'm rather surprised the Nightstar hasn't gotten more votes.
I am saddened to see that not many are interested in the Conjurer, but it was a later addition to the poll, so I suppose it would be a bit "behind".

You should keep this poll running until June/July when Russ will be making his next 6 month plan. Everything has already been decided until then. Perhaps this thread should be pinned?

I'm not against nostalgia/pretty mechs it's just I've felt that the IS has been getting quite a few of them and very few strong mechs. However, I'm lucky to have my mech of choice also be quite the looker as well.

Assault: Nightstar
95 tons of clan killing awesomeness


Heavy: Dragon Fire 75t
IMO it has the potential to be a very cool looking mech after Alex gets done with it and it'd offer the IS a strong ECM mech to counter all of the Clan ones.


Medium: Lynx 55t
Fast with JJ and some missiles this would likely be a better Sparky but for Cbills


Light: Osiris 30t
Good variety of builds and speed plus MW4 nostalgia

Nothing wrong with nostalgia, particularly if you can sell it as a sidegrade. If every new mech is sold as an upgrade to the previous ones, you are going to have gradual power creep.

Which we've been having quite a bit of lately. Kodiak. Marauder IIC. etc.

The problem is that none of the IS 'Mechs sold since the Warhammer have been performers, with the Cyclops maybe coming close. They've been serviceable to awful. Meanwhile, every other Clan release has been phenomenal. Origins IIC, Huntsman, Marauder IIC, Night Gyr...hell, even the Linebacker and Supernova have been better than the IS releases.

That's what has some of us salty. Some of us would like to get tossed a bone every now and then for a 'Mech that can perform similarly to those Clan options.

And on a personal level, I haven't even gotten any of my "nostalgia" 'Mechs. I'm still here, waiting for another tiny chicken Light. Waiting, waiting, waiting...

Wait a minute....Do you mean that the mechs after March have already been decided/pre-selected? Please elaborate what you mean by until June/July? I'd like to see some source on this.

Could use some lighter Meds. Any of Sha Yu, Vulcan, Sentinel, Chimera Wyvern, Snake could be some interesting choices.

Clan side looks good, except the lack of Stone Rhino and Bane.

I've also talked with Tina before and she said they plan out these releases months in advance.
