[Gas Guzzler]

Alright folks, last time the poll helped determine what mechs went in to the Civil War pack, so I put together another poll for next time!

Obviously I may have missed a favorite, so please mention it here, and like posts of people saying to add certain mechs so I know that that is a popular opinion! I will try to stay on top of editing the poll.

Also... if you all think it would be better to have more than one choice, I could change the poll to essentially be a "Vote for everything you want, don't vote for what you could live without" type poll... if feed back likes that I will change it.

UPDATE:

Significant additions have been made to the poll! Even if you already made your selection, please view the poll again to make sure there are no mechs that were added later!

Additionally, we have dev comments below indicating that a poll like this will aid in the selection of the next mechs! That doesn't mean that the winners are automatically selected by the poll, but the poll definitely helps PGI see what mechs are desired by us, so make sure to vote!

But at the same time.. when we are looking at new content, we're always looking here in the forums for the pulse on what the community is looking for. There's no guarantee on going with what is selected but it does give us a good indication of what is being requested.

I'd like to see a vote for everything version, so that I could elect to NOT vote in a lot of them as I simply have no opinion. In many classes, we've already got everything I care about and as such wouldn't want to skew things.

Yeah I had a thought that if one could vote for everything, it would be easy to see what is desired vs what is not desired, where as I find myself thinking I would like several mechs in a Class. If I get a couple more of the same feedback I will change it to a vote for everything poll.

Also, Clan Mediums in particular I had a tough time with... as literally before these mech discussions over the past couple years, the Black Lanner is the only one I had heard of that isn't in game.

Could use some help there.

Technically that should be called a Conjurer right? We use Clan names in this game.

I specified MW4 version because it has the better chance in MWO. If you don't add it that's cool. As I said I'm content I wouldn't even pilot it.

I have to say, I have warmed to the Falconer. If it ends up like all the fan art I've seen for it - a Marauder without the torso gun - then I'll probably enjoy it. If it's as fugly as the TRO though...

As for the Sagittaire, as much praise as I've seen for it and as mean as some of the art looks, I want my Fafnir. Then I want to run it with dual Heavy Gauss and dual Heavy PPCs, just because!

The Falconer gives me heavy fighter/gunship mixed with a Marauder vibes. Aka I love it.

But the side torso bombs... and you won't have tonnage to fit heavy PPCs along with it because you have to use a STD... 1 Heavy PPC maybe though. Still... Dire speed..

But yeah, this came up the last time I mentioned the stupid build idea. I will find a compromise.
