Yeah, the unused unseens should be alright since they don't resemble the Macross mechs that much.

If Alex put the Black Python and Vapor Eagle in the game, I can see the Black Python being drawn as a teenage Cougar, but the Vapor Eagle could have something along the line of being more bird-like than its original design. Maybe clawed-hands and feet or a beak for the head.

Personaly I like the edgy original with its round shoulders a bit more

As for the Black Python this should be the basis...the other has so thin legs.

I agree, that the reseen would be a better substitute. As for the Vapor Eagle, I think it should follow this art as well.

Well if the pattern for the Clans Hold the next mech would likely be a Heavy Mech. While IS mechs are based on whim or pure popular demand.

This hope is lost.... the IS never sees good Mechs or iconic Mechs - like Thug, Legacy or Falconer - they get only the MW4 crap - like Hellspawn or Thanatos....

To be fair, as much as I like the Thug, Legacy & Falconer...

Thug would need some serious hardpoint inflation and even then, it would have hitboxes similar to a Zeus, a 'mech that isn't seen very much as-is.

Legacy would suffer like the Uziel & Thanatos, with torso mounts significantly higher than the cockpit.

Falconer is at the mercy of the re-design & modelling teams, as it could potentially have arms lower than even the Nova and legs that come above the cockpit, as well as the big behind of the Marauder family.
