I was very frustrated with the challenge, specifically - the low rate of Incursion occurrence combined with the too small a number of Roughneck mechs. In my opinion you handled the situation very well, thank you for listening and paying attention.

Sir, do not do an event where the rule is "kill", make an event where it is killing or doing kmd, or maybe support... Kill a chicken between several mechs, which runs at +150 k / h, is a random game mode, while you shoot from several sides at a time, it is almost impossible, the numbers do not lie, only a quarter of the serverCould finish the event. Thanks (and thanks for the consolation prize)

Thanks Everyone for the great feedback!

Adding a few items to the lesson learned category.

- Post in the event threads if there is an issue. (even if I can't fix it until Monday).
- When making challenges try to remove the "Luck" Factor, or if I want to include a "luck" factor challenge, make them bonus prizes and not required for "completion"
- When changes happen Update the News post images with the Event adjustments so players are aware of the changes.
- Aussies have Friday on Thursday my Friday is their Saturday because reasons
- Flat Earth Society has members all around the Globe
- Climate change is real and we must work together to transition away from a Carbon Energy
- Skill tree is on the PTS

Finally
- how is the all done challenge at 25% when the Failed Delivery is at 22%??? Scratching my head on that one. Will see if I can investigate further

I thought the event was great, and I really like the new game mode!!

I have had some awesome clutch moments defending my team's base and others wrecking the other team's base.

Thank you PGI!

Adding a few items to the lesson learned category.

- Don't run Events during an important PTS...
- Always be ready for changing the lenght of an Event.. (f.e. the hamsters run away..)
- Ask the average player for feedback after a brand new Event again..
. . .

PGI, Thank you for the bonus gifts.

I was one of the ones that finished the event though it took me most of the time allotted.

I appreciate the bonus items and the fact that you saw a mistake and made it right if you will, raised my respect for you. Well done.

Thank you again PGI for taking a game that I truly love (battletech) and turning it into a great game...... Perfect... NO..... BUT GREAT NONETHELESS!!!.

Thanks
Kellaine

thx PGI for admitting your mistake

Keep up the good work, maybe get a bit more in touch with the community - just show us you are here and you care, as a software developer myself i know the business is not that great - especially during crunch times, but if you explain your reasons and discuss with your community, your paying customers, it will matter

Thanks PGI.

I played quite a bit during this event and it was a little frustrating so thanks for making it up to us. Overall though, the event was fun. I personally like the new incursion mode. Time will tell if some tweaks are needed.

It's that bloody massive big rock in the middle of the continent. Uluru. Mass=Energy etc etc, Time distortions you won't believe. It's full hot summer in January here too, winter never happens either. Trust me, I'm originally from the Netherlands, Oz is weiirrrd.

The Turtle Moves!

Edit: Btw, did you change the front page pic for the event? It says unNecessary Roughness now.

Well played. :)

Love the premise, but I work weekends and after not even seeing incursion but once in 18 matches over 2 days when I had 5 minutes for a drop here and a drop there, I just quick on it and let it go. Challenges like this need a serious way to get to the needed map/operation. Then again, that has been a problem in my experience for a long time in MWO. Still love the game but it makes some of the challenges pointless to even look at.

2 events now and still not getting it im starting to think this game hates me as much as Guildwars did

I wanted the 2 Warhorns since I do not spend real money on this account. I finished all of them except for this one. And I tried 10 times for it. Very disappointing.

Have you listened to that warhorn? Worst warhorn ever... I wish I can get rid of the 3 I have, 2 from this event and one from a previous.

PGI need to add a delete button on stuff we don't want at all.

Huh. I must've got real lucky, cuz I finished the whole thing Friday evening, sorry to hear so many other folks were having trouble getting those objectives lined up.

Cool of PGI to step up and address it too.
