Sure, the base un-mastered variant is sluggish, but skill it up and it's tough as nails..

I invested in mobility and survivability, plus zoom and some weapon and heat skills.. and it's still amazing.. Still my go-to LRM boat..

The Night Gyr however is slow, sluggish and hot even after mastered.. I have one collecting dust in it's mech bay..

I guess there are just a lot people who had to rely on easy chassis and can't adapt changes.

Jump jets that work. More weapon tonnage. Better hard points. No negative quirks. The Night Gyr has completely replaced the Timberwolf in every aspect.

Meh Night Gyrs I think are just overrated, just a gunboat nothing more nothing less, still take my Wolverine 7D over it any day

Yes I took bits and pieces and used it with others to perfect what my laser vomit needs and other builds for every Timber variant out their.

Sounds like people need to tweak their mobility trees for the TBR. I've removed speed tweak and dumped those points into anchor turn.

Show me another match like Celyth with 2100+ and we will talk about it not sucking.

Until someone can post a screenshot with north of 1600-1700 in a TW since the patch...the screenshot evidence is anecdotal at best.

EDIT: Just FYI, I did 1087 in a TDK last night, someone want to tell me that mech is good?
