Thanks PGI ! The sale and prizes from this event are greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I have been unable to play much however I did get to camo many of my mechs from the 1/2 price one-shot camo sale. Something that had been nagging me for years. Looking forward to fielding my mechs with their new paint jobs and catch the tail end of the 2x XP on my new additions (always a welcomed deal!).

Yea!!! I finished up with one hour to spare!!! Again, Thanks PGI !!!

This even needs extending!!!

I mean its ridiculous i can't even get any good games as the matches seem ****! not only that you have to get the full qouta before getting anything.

Done with it. Not so hard even with no LRMs - 300 ms per game, 10 games per day, like 3.5 days (10 games = 100 min, whole event takes like 350 min = lets count it as 6 hours).

As a Tier 1 you should know the best methods to get high score. Some post even hints you.

I'm at 9K now, I will be good to complete it tonight playing 1 hour a day so far.

That may be I've been driving my meta mechs and my super op brawlers but I keep ending up on teams that either split up and run all over the place or literally just stand there. Win loss ratio over the course of this event is about 95% loss rate. Quite hard to get a good match score when your team's are that useless.

Lead your team, (I'm aware they don't always listen). Even with a considerable amount of below average skill lvl in solo drop groups, I still managed an average of 350+ a match, minus the matches where my team was steamrolled. Just make sure you are aware of your surroundings and position yourself in the right spots.

Also, try grouping up with folks who you work well with.

Some of us completed it once saturday, once sunday, and a 3rd time over the 3 weekdays..... it does not need extending, you need to....
use AMS if your really struggling,
be able to commit 2 hours average each day for 5 days of event,

if you cant do that, congratulations, you have your priorities and life in order valueing RL and must be earning a high income if you cant spare 2 hours a day to complete the event, so you should be buying the rewards with your spare $$$ since you use your time for more important RL things for you.

The whole point of events it to get people to play, if your not playing you shouldn't get the rewards.

Yup done 3 accounts as of yesterday...

If you are not clearing 200-300 match score on avg (stinker games will happen) then something ain't right.

I like your response. Yes i should stop being a spoilt self entitled whinger. It would just be nice to not have to get stomped for an hour to an hour and a half every day and have nothing to show for it!

I just dream of a 50/50 win loss ratio but alas i suppose i must (try) to carry. : P

you dont need to carry, 300 damage per game, AMS, should be done in under 10 hours total, doesnt matter if your team wins or loses as long as it isn't a steamroll, also go solo queue not grouped with friends queue.

It's the Solo queue that's the problem, I don't really have the time allowance to do many group drops (which are usually better).

I won't have this finished. I travelled this weekend plus have a 7 month old baby who has been extra grumpy about sleeping since travelling. My game time is severely limited, as was expected when we planned to have our child. So I am happy to get my games in when I can, and earn the few rewards I do. I wish these rewards were spread out over a series of score gates though so I would have maybe got a new cockpit item or something. The double xp was cool though, I'd love to see that more often!

So far my BJ-1X and WVR-7K are proving the most reliable in pug land getting around 350-515 per match when things are going well. But the last three days my team has been on the recieving end of a stomp in most matches. And so usually struggling to break 250 match score.

Very frustrating.

Not to be rude but even doing poorly its not that many matches if you set aside the time.

But even watching every match to the death in the solo queue it wasn't many battles.
