Uziel quirks look pretty bad for the most part also. -15% cooldown for ONE missile hardpoint is pretty much worthless. The 3P seriously needs help. 2 ballistics on a IS 50-tonner is nothing special or scary.
Annihilator quirks look pretty good for the most part. Nothing overkill in the weapons department, just loads of armor really. Hopefully they'll make up for the thing's potentially terrible hitboxes.
Cougar quirks look pretty ok. Hard to say if it'll make up for the thing's slow speed, but who knows?
I'm hoping the mech will work well as light support for Clan heavies. Low speed for lots of firepower might prove pretty effective in some cases.

Base armor for RightTorso which have no hardpoints cant be right and Base armor for LeftArm which have one ballistic, which is understandable.
And I guess Base armor for RT should be RA, right arm. It does have four energy. That would make tons more sense.

The Annihilator ate all the Uziel's quirks... What was it gonna do to defend itself against THAT?!? So, it meakly agreed to relinquish its armor...
