The LosTech bubble shield is what defines Ragnarok along with massive plasma cannon aka lava gun, it is the very kind of sight that makes the enemy shake in their boots!

I liked mechassault, it wasn't as good as the mechwarrior franchise, but still enjoyable. I am also a HUGE Word of Blake fan :)

I hope they eventually put in the jihad when we get there in the timeline

The bubble shield and lava gun should morph into a Buster sword and summon some Power Rangers and Sailor Moon to rain anime magic fairy dust on distant enemies.

As an MC consumable. That would be very fitting.

I think that PGI should actually make it an April Fool's Joke by posting concept art of it. I'd like to see how Alex can make it look.

I think PGI's next April Fool's joke mech should be the Bellerophon. Why? It looks cool and may actually be quite good when "upgraded" to "modern" equipment.

I've always found it funny that the so-called "Primitive" mechs look more advanced than any of the 3025 mechs and most of the 3050 mechs.

Change in the artists... the newer guys that did the TRO's with the "primitives" in them were more grounded in what might actually work.

Yes I agree as well and Ragnarok is a word of Blake powerhouse that needs to be brought back onto the battlefield to spice things up baby! Anybody have more information on its LosTech BubbleShield, it should have customizable colors too!

The only thing I really remember from the MA games, is a burning hatred for the Word of Blake. Yet, oddly, a longing for a Raptor II. I'm so fickle Posted Image

I'm starting to seriously doubt this is an alt account for you.... I am also starting to question if you have ever played MWO at this point...

Mimetic armor would be hilarious in this game. It's only for battlearmor, which aren't in game, but oi, the salt would be epic.

Void Signature System and Chameleon LPS are battlemech equipment.

Maybe the OP should just play MA/MA2 instead of trying to get MWO changed into Mech Assault.

Yep. The entire MA series, including stuff like the Ragnarok, is very, very much non-canon. It's set in the BT universe, but much of what it does is impossible or never existed in the game outside of MA wanting to do over-the-top stuff with robots.

Especially the Ragnarok. It's like something out of a Battletech universe holovid, right next to Kuritan ISF Directors doing wire-fu in exoskeleton frames capable of punching an assault 'Mechs kneecap out in a single blow.

Ragnarok makes perfect sense to add to mech list if implemented correctly, but director part made me LOL

No, really. You can't actually implement the thing, because it never was built with construction rules in the first place.

"Historically", everything in MA never happened, in part because Catalyst took one look at it and stamped the entire thing as "We're not going here", right along with 'Mech-hijacking battle armor.
